Ready to  spark your growth with us? WHO WE LOOK FOR 🦄 We are looking for a data-driven, agile Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our Hungarian team . This unique, hybrid role bridges the gap between technical operations and stakeholder coordination. In this hands-on position, you will drive campaign coordination, monitor performance, and deliver structured reporting. If you are a proactive professional with a solid grasp of retail marketing and a passion for data, we want to hear from you!   WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏄   1. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization Monitor campaign KPIs, budgets, and targeting logic to protect and optimize campaign profit margins. Analyze performance trends and data to understand how to effectively boost retail campaigns and deliver actionable insights. Translate complex campaign data into structured, easy-to-understand Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations that prove the value of our digital solutions. 3. Practical foundational knowledge of PPC platforms, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, along with a strong comfort level with data metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS). A high level of flexibility and adaptability toward learning new software, technical tools, and digital platforms.
