À propos de vos missions Dans le cadre de notre démarche d’amélioration et de modernisation de nos outils de travail ainsi que du suivi de l’activité, vous intégrerez l’équipe ECS (Equipment Control and Supervision), composée de 6 personnes, au sein du département IT. L’objectif de votre alternance sera d’analyser une solution existante permettant, entre autres, l’exploitation des plateformes FDC (Fault Detection and Classification). Dans un second temps, vous participerez à la réécriture de cette application, en étudiant notamment la faisabilité d’un portage du client lourd vers une application web. Cette mission s’inscrira dans une démarche de projet agile, menée en collaboration avec l’équipe ECS et les autres équipes du département IT. A propos de vos missions Contexte Dans le cadre de la forte croissance du site de Crolles, STMicroelectronics renforce son équipe Service Delivery dédiée au support et à l’exploitation de solutions critiques de production. L’équipe, composée de 10 personnes, assure le support et la maintenance de solutions 24/7 de planification automatique de la production, de contrôle des systèmes industriels et de supervision des flux de données. Vos missions Au sein de cette équipe, vous contribuerez à la disponibilité, à la robustesse et à l’évolution des systèmes informatiques critiques du site. Principales responsabilités * Améliorer le niveau d’automatisation et augmenter la couverture du système à l’aide d’algorithmes déterministes et/ou de moteurs d’optimisation (solveurs). * Accompagner l’extension du système de transport automatisé (robots sur rails au plafond), nécessaire au déploiement de l’automatisation de l’usine. * Maintenir les systèmes de simulation moyen et long terme de l’usine. * Maintenir les systèmes de pilotage de la ligne de production * Faire évoluer les interfaces graphiques de contrôle des différents systèmes. * Faire évoluer les flux de données et les reportings. * Développer des scripts de déploiement et d’exploitation en Ansible, Python et Shell. * Automatiser les tâches récurrentes afin de fluidifier les opérations et renforcer l’efficacité du support. * Mettre en place des flux de monitoring sur le système de production. * Définir et déployer des dashboards de supervision avec l’outil ELK. * Contribuer à des cas d’usage de machine learning dans ELK pour améliorer la détection d’incidents et l’analyse prédictive. * Étudier l’apport de l’IA pour renforcer le support informatique et l’exploitation des données applicatives. * Participer à l’amélioration des plateformes web afin d’accroître l’efficacité d’exploitation et la robustesse des systèmes. Périmètre de l’équipe L’équipe de support et d’exploitation informatique a pour mission de maintenir un système critique, avec de fortes exigences de performance et de disponibilité. Périmètre couvert * Support et exploitation des systèmes d’information en lien avec la robotisation des usines de Crolles. * Support et exploitation des systèmes d’information liés à la planification automatisée des produits sur les équipements de production. * Support et exploitation des systèmes d’information liés au pilotage de l’outil industriel : web, reporting, simulateurs. * Mise en œuvre de solutions de robustesse pour l’ensemble des systèmes informatiques. * Mise en place d’outils nécessaires à l’exploitation des systèmes pour fluidifier les opérations et renforcer l’efficacité du support. * Mise en place de flux d’alerting sur un système de production critique 24/7. * Définition des flux de données utiles et mise en place de dashboards pour le monitoring des systèmes. * Amélioration de la détection d’incidents et de l’analyse prédictive grâce à l’apport de l’IA. A propos de vous Profil recherché Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) informatique technique, motivé(e) par les sujets de support, exploitation, automatisation, supervision et amélioration continue dans un environnement industriel exigeant.
