Position Purpose This role leads the deployment and scaling of the AI for Sales & Marketing program across the organization. Acting as the central program manager, the objective is to ensure effective adoption, value realization, and operational integration of AI use cases across regions and functions. The role serves as the bridge between business (Sales & Marketing), DTIT, regional AI champions, and corporate functions (HR, Internal Communications) to drive coordinated execution, structured onboarding, and AI literacy at scale. Key Responsibilities AI Program Deployment & Governance • Lead end-to-end deployment of the AI for Sales & Marketing program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and governance frameworks. • Structure and monitor program roadmap, milestones, risks, and value delivery. • Coordinate with DTIT to ensure technical enablement and prioritization of use cases. Adoption & Regional Engagement • Partner with regional AI champions to drive local execution and scaling of AI solutions. • Track adoption metrics, usage, and business impact; identify gaps and implement corrective actions. • Facilitate best practice sharing and cross-region alignment. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, productivity gains, and business impact. • Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes. • Prepare materials for senior leadership and governance reviews. All’interno della Divisione Spazio , stiamo ricercando un/a Industrial Engineer sul sito di Pomezia (RM). La persona si occuperà di identificare, progettare e collaudare strumenti ed equipaggiamenti idonei a supportare la linea produttiva dei sistemi Laser Spaziali. La Funzione Manufacturing & Supply Chain ha la responsabilità di gestire tutte le attività produttive e di Supply Chain con lo scopo di garantire le performance di delivery (tempi, costi e qualità), lavorando in stretto coordinamento con gli IPT (Integrated Project Team). La persona si occuperà prevalentemente del progetto e della realizzazione delle linee produttive. In particolare, svolgerà le seguenti attività: partecipare alle attività di concurrent con ingegneria di progetto partecipare alle review con il cliente progettare e si gestiredel commissioning delle attrezzature di linea sia meccaniche che ottiche (TGSE con supporto dei termici, MGSE con supporto dei meccanici, OGSE con supporto degli ottici) e sia relative ai set-up TVC effettuare analisi strutturali e termiche delle attrezzature supportare lo svolgimento dei test di qualifica di prodotto (TVC, vibrazioni…) sia interni alla azienda sia presso fornitori esterni supportare la fase di integrazione su satellite progettare il packaging per la spedizione di componenti e prodotti contribuire alle fasi di avviamento e validazione delle linee produttive ed è a supporto per la formazione degli utilizzatori delle attrezzature e dei setup di linea progettare attrezzature di collaudo di assiemi, prodotti e sistemi emettere le procedure di packing/unpacking, procedure di montaggio dei set-up e report di commissioning emettere le specifiche tecniche per GSE speciali (sistemi di sollevamento, movimentatori, …) Titolo di studio: Laurea Triennale e/o Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica/Aerospaziale, Elettronica, Meccatronica.
