As COT divisional Quality and Reliability Engineer in RFOC, your role will be to play a central role in securing product quality and reliability for advanced technologies, while working closely with customers and internal teams across ST. In this role, you will be at the heart of quality execution, helping ensure that customer expectations are fully understood and translated into concrete actions throughout the product lifecycle. What you will do * Engage with customers to discuss quality requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for the product core team and cross-functional teams such as GTRD, FE Quality, and Operations. * Drive quality follow-up from NPR to production maturity, collaborating with all relevant ST entities and ensuring alignment with internal SOPs and international standards. * Lead and support risk assessment activities when quality issues arise, ensuring disciplined follow-up and effective mitigation. * Manage communication with customers on product non-conformities, including Customer Incidents and related Root Cause Analysis activities. * Champion a strong quality mindset within the core team, acting as a trusted reference and sponsor for quality best practices. Knowledge of RF, optics, and silicon photonics is highly desirable.
