You will be part of the team managing Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT). YOUR ROLE * Demonstrate competency in process engineering and collaborate with the regional team to ensure compliance with test processes and controls at OSATs. * Responsible for the overall success of test and finishing related policies, processes, tools, and solutions deployment to OSATs. * Responsible for overall finishing (visual inspection, packing etc) compliance at OSATs * Demonstrate competency in process engineering and collaborate with the regional team to ensure compliance with test processes and controls at OSATs. * Drive improvement of OSAT test and finishing capabilities and processes to conform to ST requirements. * Benchmark OSAT test and finishing capabilities and solutions * Manage NPI qualification to MP process for test and finishing across all OSATs, including technical gap analysis, review, and approval. * Manage process changes related to test at OSATs. * Contribute New Product Introduction (NPI) qual to Mass Production (MP) process for test and finishing across all OSATs * Responsible for Unit Level Traceability (ULT) with 2DID, to formalize, deploy and implement at OSATs test and finishing * Perform value engineering analysis for test and lead value engineering projects at OSATs. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor degree in any engineering, or relevant discipline * 2 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry * Experience in NPI, qualification, production and finishing procedures and processes in semiconductor EWS and test manufacturing. * Familiar in packing requirement for shipment * Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, and understanding of test application requirements, including data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, SPL, and PAT (EWS and FT). * Proficient in project management and familiar with OSATs. * Familiar with semiconductor tester platforms, handlers, and probers. * Experience with test analysis tools, such as silicon.DA, is an advantage. * Self-motivated and self-driven, able to commit to and meet deadlines. * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and able to present and communicate ideas and recommendations effectively. * This position requires travel to the region and may require travel on short notice.
