Protagonista dei principali programmi strategici a livello globale, è partner tecnologico e industriale di Governi, Amministrazioni della Difesa, Istituzioni e imprese All’interno dell’Area Operations, stiamo ricercando un/a HSE Specialist per la nostra sede di Frosinone Svolgimento mansione presso il servizio Health Safety & Environment dello Stabilimento di Frosinone nell’esecuzione delle attività specifiche di sito necessarie ai fini della conformità legislativa, del mantenimento delle certificazioni volontarie ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 e degli obiettivi aziendali in ambito Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente. Elenco indicativo delle attività da svolgere nell’ambito della mansione: Aggiornamento del documento di valutazione dei rischi D.Lgs.81/08: Mansioni, luoghi di lavoro, macchinari e attrezzature, sostanze chimiche e cancerogeni, rumore, vibrazioni, radiazioni ottiche artificiali, campi elettromagnetici, incendi/esplosioni, elettricità ecc. Compilazione e aggiornamento delle registrazioni previste dal SGSSA - Sistema di Gestione Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente Gestione ed emissione DUVRI e Permessi di lavoro Verificare la conformità delle attività lavorative alle normative vigenti in materia di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente, proponendo le necessarie azioni correttive in caso di non conformità Valutazione impatto ed applicazione aggiornamenti normativi alle attività di stabilimento Supportare l'ente HSE nell'attuazione delle disposizioni/prescrizioni contenute nella Autorizzazione Integrata Ambientale (A.I.A.) analisi infortuni, near miss, medicazioni, condizioni non sicure e comportamenti non sicuri, individuando le azioni di miglioramento ed assicurandone il completamento redazione procedure e istruzioni operative in ambito HSE: IOSS, SOP, OPL produzione di report HSE e partecipazione a riunioni di coordinamento con le diverse funzioni aziendali (Impianti e Manutenzione, Ingegneria, Produzione) predisposizione specifiche tecniche e capitolati per attività di servizio, installazione nuovi macchinari, ecc. Supporto alla formazione in ambito HSE sopralluoghi nei reparti per raccolta dati ed informazioni necessarie alla redazione di procedure e progetti di miglioramento in materia di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente Sopralluoghi nei reparti per verificare conformità legislativa, applicazione procedure di sicurezza, audit, raccolta informazioni per aggiornamento DVR, AIA, ecc.
