Key Responsibility * Monitor and operate critical facility systems, including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, electrical distribution, boilers, gases, vacuum, and fire protection systems. * Respond to alarms, faults, and equipment abnormalities in a timely manner. * Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate escalation to maintenance, engineering, or external vendors when needed. * Ensure safe and stable operation of utility systems to support site activities and production needs. * Lead, supervise, and develop Shift Operation Engineers across multiple shifts. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including equipment isolation, verification, and return-to-service checks. * Follow site safety, environmental, and operational procedures, including permit-to-work and lockout/tagout requirements. * Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records. * Participate in emergency response activities (as Site Incident Controller) such as power loss, utility failure, leaks, or fire alarm events. * Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams to ensure smooth operations. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance. * Respond to production feedback/ complaints with proper containment/ closure to system owners for follow up. * Support internal and external audits related to facilities operations, EHS, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Lead and coordinate facilities improvement projects to enhance reliability, safety, efficiency, and capacity.
