Key Responsibility * Operate and monitor ACMV systems such as AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, pumps, and ventilation units. * Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on ACMV equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC and ventilation systems. * Monitor system parameters, temperatures, pressures, alarms, and energy consumption. * Ensure proper functionality of building utility systems and coordinate corrective actions when needed. * Record maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and equipment performance logs. * Support contractors and vendors during servicing, calibration, and major repairs. * Follow safety procedures, permit requirements, and site regulations at all times. * Respond to urgent breakdowns and participate in on-call or shift duties if required. * Respond to site emergencies as ERT (emergency response team) members Job Requirements * Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Facilities Management, or related field. * Experience in ACMV/HVAC maintenance in industrial, commercial, or facilities environments. * Good understanding of mechanical systems, controls, and basic electrical principles. * Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. * Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance skills. * Knowledge of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures. Preferred Skill * Experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling towers. * Familiarity with BMS/SCADA systems. * Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge. * Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Ability to respond effectively during emergency situations. YOUR ROLE To ensure the facilities systems re functioning well, with good efficiency, with minimum interruption to the production operation. * Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all mechanical, ACMV, electrical and fire system. * Monitoring of parameters and attend to any system alarm. * Perform routine operation switch over activities. * Monitor and collect onsite parameters & system performance * Feedback and perform first line troubleshooting to restore system to operation state else escalate to next level. * Perform preventive maintenance for mechanical systems include pumps, MAH/AHU systems etc. * Perform and maintain 5s and housekeeping at workplace. * Provide support to system engineer for various activities involving robustness improvement and expansion within facilities plant. * Participate in Emergency Response Team as needed. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Minimum NTC2 / NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical engineering. * 2 to 5 years relevant experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. * Must have hands-on experience in the last 3 years. * Able to perform 12-hours rotating shift work. YOUR ROLE * To manage facilities cleanroom system comprising of ACMV (Make-up air, temperature control valve temperature, dry coil), fan filter unit, ionizer, building element. * Work with the team to ensure cleanroom operating parameters such as relative humidity, room pressurization, particle, airborne molecular contaminant, ESD are within its specification. * Urgency in executing containment action upon facilities operating parameters out of specification followed by root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action. * Analyze system performance and capacity including propose reasonably practical engineering solutions for robustness improvement. * Follow up on comprehensive maintenance plan and checklist thru Computerized Management Maintenance System. * Plan and execute scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance. * Manage Spare Part Inventory systematically. * Prepare detail Request For Quotation, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing. * Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects. * Manage Permit-To-Work application including reviewing Risk Assessment, Method Statement and other related documents. (Attend to critical interfacing to life system and get approval from production before start works) YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering * Extensive knowledge of excel office suite * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
