Job Description STMicroelectronics Malta is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Management System Manager to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System in collaboration with global entities and other ST manufacturing sites. The role focuses on deploying, driving, and improving quality standards and activities across QMS processes and initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Deploy, drive, and continuously improve quality standards and activities within QMS processes and initiatives. * Review current organizational methodologies and lead improvement actions through process reviews and the redefinition of process descriptions. * Ensure compliance and consistency with QMS standards, ST SOPs, and customer requirements. * Support top management in driving SMART metrics by enabling quality policy deployment across the global ST network. * Act as the responsible audit program manager for the organization. * Develop and support the audit strategy, monitor the overall audit program, and share key learnings across the ST back-end manufacturing network. * Conduct internal audits for central functions and other areas as required. * Initiate and lead process reviews for the organization. * Review quality agreements, assembly requirements, and other customer inputs, and assess their impact. * Identify potential gaps and ensure mitigation actions are defined and implemented according to business needs. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate shall: * Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. * At least 10 years of experience in QMS. * Proven experience in Quality Management Systems and auditing within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of QMS processes, customer requirements, and international standards. * Experience in internal audits, customer audits, and risk-based process auditing. * Knowledge of IATF16949. * Strong analytical and process-improvement skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a multi-functional and international environment. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Experience in reviewing quality agreements and implementing compliance measures will be considered an advantage.
