Job Purpose * Manage projects related to semiconductor technology set up and manufacturing in foundries 岗位职责（半导体市场） 1. 跟踪全球及国内半导体行业动态、晶圆代工产能、主流半导体芯片及技术，价格调研及竞争格局的深度跟踪与分析。 2. 常态化研判行业趋势与竞争格局，梳理国内各工艺段核心晶圆厂资源，对比各家价格及竞争差异 3. 配合中国区团队负责人，承接国内外晶圆代工厂的商务对接与执行工作； 4. 负责构建系统化的市场调研机制，推动市场信息，情报及知识库的建立。 任职要求 1. 熟悉半导体芯片工艺技术，晶圆代工行业及企业。具备晶圆厂从业经验及市场分析能力。 2. 拥有 7 年及以上半导体行业从业背景，有芯片设计、晶圆制造、IP 服务企业产品线管理、市场或商务相关工作经历优先。 3. 有中芯国际、华虹、绍兴芯联、合肥晶合等国内头部晶圆厂市场分析相关从业经验者优先。 4. 英语可作为工作语言，能够与海外团队顺畅对接，实现无障碍沟通与信息同步。 5. 沟通表达精准高效，商务形象得体，情商高，擅长跨部门、跨文化协作，具备优秀的商务谈判与合作关系维护能力。 6. 本科及以上学历，微电子、半导体、材料等相关专业，具备扎实的专业基础。 Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way.
