Le persone che saranno individuate verranno inserite all’interno del Team di collaudo schede e apparati avionici. Le persone si occuperanno delle seguenti attività: Collaudo di moduli elettronici tramite banchi automatici o manuali, come previsto dalle procedure applicabili. Collaudo di unità avioniche tramite banchi automatici o manuali come previsto dalle procedure applicabili. Trouble shooting e riparazione di schede e apparati avionici - elettronici. Compilazione dei test report di collaudo. Gestione e reportistica delle NCR (non conformità) di prodotto. Titolo di studio: Diploma di istituto superiore a indirizzo tecnico (Elettronica e Telecomunicazione) Livello di esperienza richiesto: Junior (1-3 anni) Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: Provata esperienza nell’ambito del collaudo e della riparazione (ricerca guasti) di equipaggiamenti avionici e elettronici, e utilizzo principali strumenti di misura Manipolazione di schede multistrato Conoscenza elettronica digitale e analogica, capacita di lettura schemi elettrici. Formazione specifica riguardo le tematiche FOD ed ESD Familiarità nella consultazione di documentazione tecnica in lingua inglese e italiana Conoscenza degli standard ISO9001 e di SGQ (Sistema gestione qualità) aziendale. Your Role * Own and sustain LPI/LPT/ES2 SMIF loadports (and related front‑end wafer handling interfaces) to meet fab uptime, reliability, and quality targets. * Plan, execute, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and spare parts strategy for SMIF/FOUP loadports. * Provide advanced troubleshooting for SMIF issues (mapping errors, ID read fails, door open/close faults, clamp/alignment issues, interlock & safety alarms). * Explore, develop, and implement internal repair capabilities for critical SMIF modules and parts to reduce cost, lead time, and vendor dependency. * Monitor and improve equipment KPIs (availability, MTBF, MTTR, mis‑load/mis‑map rate, alarm rate) using data and logs. * Lead continuous improvement projects on SMIF loadports (reliability upgrades, HW/SW changes, part life extension, cycle‑time and ergonomics improvements). * Coordinate new tool/loadport introductions and modifications: installation, SAT/OQ, integration tests with EFEM/tool & factory systems. * Ensure SMIF loadports comply with EHS, SEMI standards (SMIF/FOUP, E84, etc.) and 5S, incorporating “Safety by Design” in all changes. * Create and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and train/coach technicians on SMIF loadport operation and maintenance. * Act as primary technical contact for loadport vendors (and internal stakeholders), managing escalations, upgrades, and service activities. YOUR ROLE Facilities Electrical Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Electrical Engineer to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical electrical systems within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is essential to maintaining uninterrupted operations, supporting facility improvements, and driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities * Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and infrastructure. * Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize system reliability and uptime. * Support electrical projects, upgrades, retrofits, and system modifications from concept through implementation. * Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications. * Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for improved reliability, energy efficiency, and cost reduction. * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, environmental, and company standards. * Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, audits, and inspections as required. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and status updates for management. * Drive continuous improvement, Lean, and energy-saving initiatives within the facilities function. * Provide support for other facility engineering activities as needed. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline. * 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, electrical systems, and energy management within a semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of sustainability, energy reduction, and utility efficiency programs. * Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Understanding of safety requirements, permit-to-work systems, and compliance standards. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, mission-critical environment. * Experience in semiconductor, wafer fab, cleanroom, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments is preferred. * Working knowledge of power systems, including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and control systems. * Experience in energy management, reliability improvement, or asset integrity programs.
