Key Competencies: at least 3 years' experience as Failure Analysis function Background in science, engineering, or any related field Experience in FA or chemical-related fields Basic knowledge of microelectronics and instrument theory Knowledgeable in general equipment such as X-ray, SAM, curve tracer, cross-section, laser & chemical decap, polishing, SEM-EDX Imaging, FTIR. YOUR ROLE Manage/ perform sample preparation, physical analysis, chemical analysis activities on product FA (operational and engineering) Lead gap analysis, new machine evaluation, and new method development Interface with product division and manage transfer plan YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor’s degree or higher Background in electronics, physics, materials, chemical/ chemistry or related fields Minimum 5 Years experience in material analysis, electrical analysis, physical or chemical analysis Familiarity with analysis instruments such as 3D X-ray, SEM/EDX, SAM, FIB, polisher, plasma etch, IC/ICP, and others Knowledge of crystal morphology, electrochemical methods, chemical surface and bulk analysis, material characterization methodology (hardness, DSC, TGA, etc).
