Our technology starts with you. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Your Role Probe Card Engineer responsible for probe card design, maintenance, troubleshooting, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes supporting projects, maintaining documentation, ensuring workplace housekeeping, training new hires, and upholding safety and security compliance. Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering * Proficiency in probe card design, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting * Ability to operate PRVX analyzers, high-vision microscopes, and related equipment * Strong understanding of circuit schematic diagrams * Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills * Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork capabilities * Strong documentation, traceability, and 5S discipline * Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Experience * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience * Hands-on experience in probe card maintenance and repair * Experience with both offline and online cleaning processes * Experience in measuring and monitoring probe card wear and lifespan * Familiarity with production readiness activities and vendor coordination * Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environment in a technical support role ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
