YOUR ROLE Manage/ perform sample preparation, physical analysis, chemical analysis activities on product FA (operational and engineering) Lead gap analysis, new machine evaluation, and new method development Interface with product division and manage transfer plan YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor’s degree or higher Background in electronics, physics, materials, chemical/ chemistry or related fields Minimum 5 Years experience in material analysis, electrical analysis, physical or chemical analysis Familiarity with analysis instruments such as 3D X-ray, SEM/EDX, SAM, FIB, polisher, plasma etch, IC/ICP, and others Knowledge of crystal morphology, electrochemical methods, chemical surface and bulk analysis, material characterization methodology (hardness, DSC, TGA, etc). YOUR ROLE We are seeking a motivated and passionate intern with a degree, preferably in Physics, Materials Engineering, Nanotechnology, or Chemistry, to join our research and development team specializing in dry etching. The candidate will gain hands-on experience with advanced plasma etching techniques and contribute to process optimization. The Key Responsibilities will be: * Assist in the installation and qualification of new dry etching tools. * Provide technical support to production to ensure process stability and quality * Analyze process results using characterization tools (e.g., SEM, ellipsometry, XSEM, XTEM). * Document findings and assist in preparing technical reports. * Support the team in developing and optimizing dry etching processes.
