Pour soutenir l’activité de production du site de Crolles 300mm, nous recherchons un ingénieur process en photolithographie pour l'équipe 248nm/365nm. En collaboration avec des fonctions variées (Device Engineering, R&D, Qualité, Equipment Engineering, Production…), votre mission est de piloter la qualification d'un ensemble de niveaux “litho” sur des nouveaux produits ou équipements, tout en garantissant la qualité des produits et la robustesse des procédés en place. A propos de vos missions Poste à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDD d'un an: * Assurer la qualification conforme de différents niveaux lithographiques sur les équipements actuels, sur de nouveaux équipements ou pour de nouveaux produits/clients. * Assurer la qualité des produits traités en photolithographie. * Entretenir les standards de production sur les procédés de lithographie et être garant de leur application par les techniciens en équipe * Participer à la formation et à la certification des techniciens de process * Au fil de votre prise d'autonomie, vous serez amenés à conduire des projets d'amélioration continue des procédés actuels en termes de qualité, de coûts ou d'impact environnemental. A propos de vous * Profil ingénieur junior, Bac+5 généraliste ou science des matériaux/optique/mesures physiques, idéalement avec des connaissances en microélectronique * Esprit rigoureux et synthétique pour analyses et présentations orales/écrites fréquentes. * Aptitudes relationnelles développées * Forte capacité d’adaptation pour être en mesure de gérer de nombreux sujets et priorités en parallèle * Anglais opérationnel indispensable * Une connaissance des outils d'amélioration continue type Lean est un plus. As a Shift Assistant Process Engineer in STMicroelectronics Singapore, you will: - * Work in a team, managing daily line operations, handling a variety of photolithography tool types. * Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation. Follow out-of-control action plans which have been put in place. * Execute engineering tasks, independently or with minimal supervision. * Work on a 12-hour shift pattern, rotating every 2 weeks, day/night, standby duties and overtime when required. * Work across functional group to ensure key performance indices are met. Candidates who best fit this position should have/be: - * A Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science Engineering. * Minimally 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Photolithography processes is preferred. * Working knowledge of Semiconductor processes. * Attention to detail and have good analytical and problem-solving skills * Good teamwork, communication and documentation skills * Familiar with daily operational related matters; prior experience to shift-work is an advantage * Able to involve actively with equipment counterpart to work on tool/process improvement.
