A propos de vos missions * caracteriser le patterning sur des polygones complexes post litho post gravure à l'aide d'inspection SEM * modéliser le procnédés patterning litho et gravure à l'aide de logiciels d'OPC * developper des scripts de correction OPC pour générer le dessin des masques corrigeant au mieux les effets procédés litho et gravure à l'aide de logiciel OPC * participer au developpement des technologies en tant qu'expert des effets procede patterning * participer aux groupes design/technology co-optimisation en tant qu'expert des effets procede patterning A propos de vous * vous êtes parfaitement familier avec la méthode scientifique basée sur l'experience, la mesure et la modélisation * vous êtes familiers avec les environnements informatique multi-processeurs unix * vous connaissez les process patterning litho et gravure utilisés en microelectronique * vous aimez travailler en groupe d'expert microelectroniciens multi-compétence pour trouver une solution technique optimale * vous êtes capable de suivre une présentation technique en microelectronique * vous êtes rigoureux dans l'application des procédures qualités necessaires pour éviter tout gaspillage Notre équipe * notre équipe de 20 personnes tient sa force dans la coopération forte entre les personnes les plus experimentées et les nouveaux arrivants * La charge de travail est bien maitrisée par un processus d'arbitrage trimestriel permettant d'équilibrer les développement courts terme et les sujets de fond d'amélioration continue ou de R&D plus avancés long terme ST est fière d’être certifiée parmi les 17 entreprises mondiales « Global Top Employers 2025 » et d’être la première et unique entreprise de semi-conducteurs à recevoir cette distinction. Equipment Development: * Assist in the development and optimization of lithography equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. * Analyze data to identify equipment improvements and implement solutions. 2\. Equipment Monitoring and Control: * Monitor and control lithography equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output. * Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions. 3\. Documentation and Reporting: * Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, experiments, and results. * Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the engineering team. * Update equipment documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed. 4\. Collaboration and Teamwork: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of lithography processes. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. * Provide support to shift engineers and shift technicians as required. 5\. Continuous Improvement: * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and quality. * Identify opportunities for equipment automation and implement solutions. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment engineer, photolithography, or related. * Hands on experience with EVG Bonder/Debonder / EKRA screen printer equipment. * Understanding the basics of lithography principle and semiconductor process. * Knowledge of data analysis and statical process control. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Work independence and able to do multitask effectively.
