YOUR ROLE * To coordinate the front-end of line process industrialization (wafer preparation, laser grooving, wafer sawing, die attach glue/ soft solder/solder paste- glue curing) supporting new products or package and at the same time ensuring quality standards of the new product /process being developed, meeting target milestones or maturity and operating within the defined budget and resources of the scopes. * To manage all development projects related to Critical product, including new material qualification, process changes and CPI across all the assembly line (perimeter includes either front-end and back-end of line) * To manage all the assembly-related innovation activities (proof of concept projects/ R&D support activities/ patents/technical papers at plant level) acting as main interface toward GTR&D organization for the plant. * To lead taskforces for process improvement related to new projects YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Techncial Background: Strong technical knowledge of assembly processes, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical problem solving. * Degree of autonomy: High level of autonomy in the technical decision-making process is needed. Interaction with N+1, N+2, N+3 are mainly for strategic alignment or project review. * Managerial responsibility: this role includes leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development. * Minimum 5 years experience related to semiconductor, electronics and automotive domain * Knowledge with MS office/ PowerBI * Strong Knowledge in Statistical Tools and Software * English business proficiency * PMP certified, Six Sigma certified are advantage ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction. YOUR ROLE To setup die reconstruction/die attach Process. To develop and to industrialize die reconstruction/die attach process including glue, soft solder, DAF and flip-bond die attach for new packages, introduce materials to meet the quality, yield and mission of new application. To support assembly of engineering sample for new packages or new technologies. To characterize die reconstruction/die attach process and materials. To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan. To provide technical support when there are critical quality concerns related to die reconstruction/die attach material / process. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES More than 3 years working experience. Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent. Equipped with statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills especially at Pre-ASSY and die attach process. Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bond, Is/is not…etc. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Good knowledge and skills in production area. Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
