A propos de vos missions Au sein de l’organisation Process Engineering Traitements Thermique et de l’équipe « Epitaxy », vous serez responsable de la mise en oeuvre de projets sous la responsabilité du Team Leader, et vous serez impliqué dans les projets transverses relatifs à l’équipe, comme notamment : * La mise en place des améliorations du plan de contrôle des équipements * La qualification de nouvelles technologies, de nouveaux processes d'Epitaxie * L'étude de mécanismes de défaillance qui sont limitants pour la performance de nos produits A propos de vous * Votre cursus débute en Ecole d'Ingénieurs généraliste, avec idéalement une spécialité en matériaux semi-conducteurs et micro-électronique * Vous maîtrisez l'anglais technique * Vous êtes attiré par le travail multi-organisations dans un environnement dynamique et changeant ST est fière d’être certifiée parmi les 17 entreprises mondiales « Global Top Employers 2025 » et d’être la première et unique entreprise de semi-conducteurs à recevoir cette distinction. YOUR ROLE * Understand the performance and characteristics of various Epitaxy Equipment during PM & CM cycles. * Learn how to analyze the Maestria/ Estar system. * Characterization and Optimizing key performance behaviors of equipment using analysis tools * Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and basic electronics troubleshooting. * Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematic. * Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for Epitaxial process. (MSDS) * Involvement in certain key projects / SMED or A3 workshops * Involvement in tool conversion from 6 to 8” wafer size. * Involvement on tool upgrades. * Learn to install and reload equipment software. * Learn to use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology. * Generic Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) training. You will gain Technical Skills and Competencies in * Interpret of schematic diagrams. * Epitaxy equipment. * Maestria analytical methodology tools for troubleshooting. * MSDS for the gases used in EPITAXY. * SMED and A3 workshop. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * A bachelor’s degree in mechanical design, Electrical and/ or Electronics Engrg, Mechatronics Engineering * Good interpersonal skills. * Able to communicate with various groups of people. * Pro-actively participating.
