full time10001+Aerospace & DefenseenglishJob Description: Your Impact The Travel Manager is accountable for delivering our travel strategy in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders resulting in safe, compliant and cost effective travel for all business travellers. This includes managing the delivery of our key partners to ensure a positive employee experience when engaging with our travel processes and during their travels. The role is also accountable for driving continuous improvements in our approach to enhance digitisation, improve sustainability and deliver value to the business and travellers. What you will do as Travel Manager Management of our key travel platform (Concur) in partnership with Digital Solutions Own and manage the supplier relationship with our Global travel service provider, collaborating with them to drive service improvements and increased return on investment. Work alongside internal stakeholders (Digital Solutions, Global Mobility, Procurement & Security) regarding their travel needs and concerns, providing guidance, training, and support where required Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly Maintain and evolve travel management information to support compliance, data analysis and drive decision making Manage an engagement and feedback programme with business travellers and stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement Ensure adoption and compliance with our UK Travel Policy across business travellers What you'll bring Experience in travel management or extensive travel booking and co-ordination Knowledge of current best practice travel practices and approaches Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage conflict Knowledge of international travel regulations Ability to lead and deliver cross functional projects Customer-oriented approach Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
