You will work with engineering and operational teams to: * Study the current Direct Labor engineering process * Collect, analyze, and structure relevant data * Support the modeling of labor activities and workload distribution * Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities * Contribute to the development of reporting tools and performance indicators * Assist in documentation and presentation of findings YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Student preparing a Technician, Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Data Analysis, or a related field * Strong interest in process analysis, industrial performance, and data modeling * Basic knowledge of: * Excel and data handling * Reporting tools * Process mapping / workflow analysis * Analytical and problem-solving methods * Good organizational and communication skills * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment * English proficiency is a plus * _________________________________________________ ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
