This is a senior, highly technical role for someone who wants to build the next generation of People infrastructure across hiring, compensation, payroll, employee experience, service delivery, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. While the title is Senior Manager, this role is intentionally hands-on and technical in nature, with success defined far more by technical leadership, systems thinking, and execution than by team size. You will shape the roadmap for our People systems, data, integrations, dashboards, automations, and workflow orchestration across the entire People function. Our ecosystem includes Dayforce, Ashby, Zendesk, Glean, CultureAmp, Okta, Slack / Google Workspace, Workato, Zapier, and a shared data and BI environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the strategy, architecture, and evolution of People technology and analytics across the full People function. - Define the roadmap for systems, reporting, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflow improvements in partnership with People, IT, Finance, and Data / BI. - Design and improve end-to-end workflows across hiring, compensation, payroll, employee lifecycle, and People service delivery so they are simple, scalable, auditable, and built to last. - Translate business needs into smart technical solutions, from configuration and data design to dashboards, controls, integrations, and automation. - Build a People analytics capability that gives leaders trusted visibility into headcount, hiring, movement, compensation, service performance, and operational health. - Identify high-value opportunities to apply automation, orchestration, and AI to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create better employee and manager experiences. - Establish strong governance for data quality, privacy, security, and auditability across People systems and analytics work. - Act as a trusted technical thought partner to People leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing clarity and momentum to complex problems. - Provide guidance and quality oversight to one direct report, with a light-management, high-impact leadership style. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - People systems feel connected, modern, and intentionally designed. - Leaders have faster access to trusted workforce insights. - Employees, managers, and the People team experience less friction and less manual coordination. - Automation and AI are used in practical, well-governed ways that create real business value. - People Tech is seen as a strategic capability, not just an operational support function. WHAT YOU BRING - 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, People Systems, People Analytics, or a related field, with deep experience operating as a senior technical individual contributor or systems leader. - Strong hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar, including configuration, workflow design, integrations, and data structures. - Proven ability to design and improve scalable workflows and data solutions across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, People Operations, or lifecycle processes. - Strong analytics capability, including metric design, dashboard development, reporting strategy, and translating insight into action. - Experience applying automation and ideally AI to real business workflows, with sound judgment around controls, risk, and governance. - A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to influence across People, Finance, IT, Security, and Data / BI. - Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to make complex systems understandable and change feel manageable. - Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment is strongly preferred. managerfull time501-1000FintechenglishPlease note that this opportunity requires relocation to our Luxembourg office. About us Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance. That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. What you'll be doing As our Collection Manager – Consumer Credit, you'll own our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Design and execute data-driven collection strategies – Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types. - Develop AI-powered collection approaches – Driving the adoption of AI to enhance next-best-action logic, predictive contact strategies, and intelligent prioritisation of accounts. - Personalise customer engagement & tone of voice – Defining and implementing differentiated communication strategies, adapting tone, channel, and timing based on customer behaviour. - Optimise performance and ROI – Owning key collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect), ensuring all initiatives are measurable and ROI-positive. - Guarantee service levels and compliance – Ensuring all collection activities meet defined SLAs and regulatory requirements, balancing effectiveness with fairness. - Manage stakeholders and ecosystem – Collaborating closely with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams, while managing external partners like collection agencies. Who we're looking for This role needs someone strategic, highly analytical, and innovative to lead and modernise our consumer credit collections operations. - Deep experience in Consumer Credit & Collections – You have 7+ years of experience in collections within consumer lending (e.g., BNPL, unsecured/secured credit). - Fintech, Banking, or Finance Background – Previous experience in a Fintech environment, modern Banking, or Financial Services. - Knowledge of SEPA Framework – Familiarity with SEPA payment schemes and regulations is considered a strong plus. - Strong Data & Analytical Mindset – Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets and segmentation models to drive decisions. - AI & Innovation Orientation – Experience with AI applications in collections, such as predictive scoring or automated decisioning. - Strategic Thinking & Execution – Ability to design sophisticated strategies while ensuring flawless operational execution. - Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding how to influence customer behaviour through tailored communication and channel optimisation. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths. Your unique perspective is important as we build something special: if you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply. CareAbout: how we support your impact We move fast, and evolution never stops. It’s a fun ride, but it can be challenging. To make sure our people truly thrive, we’re committed to making their lives easier, both in the office and out in the world. That’s why we created CareAbout: - ❤️ Health: private insurance for you and your family, psychological support with Serenis, mental health workshops. - 💰 Financial resources: Stock Option Plan, meal vouchers, relocation support if you’re moving countries. - ⚙️ Growth and development: professional development programs, internal mobility, language courses with Preply. - 🌱 Flexibility: unlimited PTO, hybrid working policy*, flexible working hours. - 👨👩👧 Family: enhanced parental leave, additional leave for child sickness. *We embrace three days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday + 1 of your choice), with the option to request extra remote time.
