YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing / backend processes (assembly, test, burn-in, reliability), with more than 5 years of experience * Strong data analysis skills, familiar with relevant tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar. * Good problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, with a structured and result-oriented mindset. * Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; able to communicate effectively with overseas teams and OSAT partners. * Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
