YOUR ROLE Responsible for selling products and/or services in an assigned territory/area or specific customer base. Using Sales techniques respond to inquiries from distributors and representatives in an assigned territory/area. Negotiate pricing and issue quote response in timely manner, analyze historical quote data, follow-up on quotes to close, address budgetary quotes for new product, tracks competitive pricing and shares pertinent information with Product Marketing. Align distribution pricing with any OEM/EMS contract pricing for direct customers. Link any registrations with quotes for follow up. Work with field (Reps/direct sales) on large quotes to close quickly. Follow thru to order entry. Monitor and manage distributor ship and debits for distributor claims. Manage cost discrepancies and sada (ship and debit) claims with Finance submitted by distributors to resolution. Provides representatives and distributors with updated product information such as pricing, alternate sources; product availability; and technical information (i.e. voltages/temp ranges, specifications, utilizes spec sheet). Covers and is knowledgeable of another ISR’s assigned area and customer base. Periodically travel to assigned territories and meet with field sales personnel and distributors,.participate in quarterly business reviews and train reps/distributors on tools and processes. Participate in continuous product trainings The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, tools (including but not limited to MS Office, Power BI, STAM, SVI, AHLR, RMS, PRISMA, Memphis (financial tool for credit adjustments), products, and results. May perform other duties as assigned.. What you'll be doing As our Junior Offensive Security Engineer, you'll support our security team in securing our cloud infrastructure, mobile, and web applications. VIE ingenieur produit à Taiwan pour 2 ans La division Imaging est une organisation mondiale qui développe une large gamme de circuits intégrés innovants les applications de capture d’images. Nous servons de grands comptes pour des applications de pointe telles que la détection 3D et la vision automobile. En tant qu'ingénieur produit et test, vous rejoindrez une équipe de gestion industrielle et logistique de la division ST Imaging basée à Taiwan – Hsinchu, composee de 7 personnes, et travaillant en étroite relation avec les OSAT locaux (assemblage et test de semi-conducteurs externalisés). Une fois à bord, vous recevrez une formation sur les processus industriels et sur les caractéristiques fonctionnelles d'une famille de circuits semi-conducteurs, avec le soutien de l’équipe locale de développement industrialisation. Vous devrez acquérir ce savoir-faire et piloter le dépannage des problèmes de production ainsi que l'amélioration continue de la chaîne de production pour cette famille de produits. Votre rôle sera de coordonner les opérations d'ingénierie pour la production de circuits intégrés, y compris la fonderie de plaquettes de silicium, le test électrique de plaquettes, l'assemblage de boîtiers et les tests finaux, en mettant l'accent sur les opérations de test effectuées par des équipements de test automatisés (ATE). Vous prendrez en charge divers produits spécialisés pour des clients dominants sur le marché, et fabriqués selon les normes de qualité les plus élevées telles que IATF-16949 (norme automobile). Vous serez également en interaction avec l’équipe de test & product engineering basée sur le site de Grenoble ou certaines des solutions de test sont développées puis transférées a Taiwan. Selon vos antécédents et votre expérience, vous participerez au développement et à la validation du matériel de test (cartes de test, cartes sondes, sockets, kits de changement), à la mise en place de programmes de test, à la création d'instructions de production, de flux et de recettes, à l'analyse et à la synthèse des données d'ingénierie, à l’analyse de données de production, à l’analyse d'images de production. Vous appliquerez les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour ces activités, telles que les méthodologies d'analyse des systèmes de mesure (MSA), l'analyse des risques (FMEA) et les méthodologies de résolution de problèmes. Vous vous appropriez les processus opérationnels transversaux tels que la qualification des produits, la planification des changements, la gestion des lots de non-conformité, le transfert de production, en lien avec les usines de production et les équipes de développement de produits. À terme, vous serez impliqué dans le processus de développement de produits et contribuerez au développement des prochaines générations de produits, avec un niveau de responsabilité correspondant à votre expérience. Profil recherché : \- Vous devez avoir une formation technique, telle que l’électronique, le génie industriel, le génie des matériaux ou un domaine connexe. Les bases des circuits électroniques, de l'optique ondulatoire et du savoir-faire logiciel sont attendues dans votre boîte à outils. \- Avec une motivation à travailler dans un environnement de production au rythme rapide et à forte intensité de données. \- Vous avez un savoir-faire en analyse de données, la capacité de collecter des preuves convaincantes à partir d'ensembles de données, d'organiser des rapports clairs et de supporter une prise de décision basée sur des faits. \- Vous avez la capacité de communiquer et de participer ou de coordonner efficacement des réunions, telles que des revues techniques internes, des groupes de résolution de problèmes, des revues de projet, des revues de fournisseurs. \- Vous avez un intérêt pour le développement de nouveaux produits complexes nécessitant beaucoup de travail d'équipe et une exécution minutieuse. \- Une expérience antérieure dans la fabrication de circuits intégrés ou dans le développement de semi-conducteurs est un avantage important. \- Parler chinois est préférable \- L'anglais est indispensable \- Possibilité de voyager facilement (dans Taïwan et à l'étranger) ST est fière d’être certifiée parmi les 17 entreprises mondiales « Global Top Employers 2025 » et d’être la première et unique entreprise de semi-conducteurs à recevoir cette distinction. Your role Working inside Program Management Organization of Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will have the role to manage global development projects in complex environments. In this scope, the candidate will have to ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs and quality) by ensuring an effective focus of the different project members.
