What you'll be doing As our Project Manager - Finance Transformation, you will bridge the Product/Business and Finance teams to integrate new features into Satispay's financial ecosystem. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Product & Finance Integration - Act as the primary Finance stakeholder in product development cycles, analyzing new product flows to define and implement billing, tax, and accounting requirements from inception to launch; - Tax & Fiscal Compliance PMO - Lead the implementation of fiscal, VAT, and regulatory requirements for new products across different European jurisdictions, ensuring the front-end and billing systems capture all necessary data accurately; - Billing & Invoicing Architecture - Supervise and optimize the billing engine flows for new business lines, ensuring automated, accurate, and compliant invoicing processes for both B2B and B2C segments; - Finance Front-End Management - Own and improve the financial front-end processes, ensuring that transaction data, merchant payouts, and user balances reconcile perfectly between our core platform and the back-office accounting systems; - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting teams to scope projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery; - Process Automation - Identify opportunities to eliminate manual financial workflows triggered by new product launches, driving automation and scalability within the Finance operational stack; - Welfare Scope - Manage processes and act as the point of contact for other departments regarding existing welfare products and future launches/developments. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for assigned entities or business units are delivered timely and accurately on closing deadlines * Review and approve manual journal entries and key reports (P&L, Balance Sheet). * Review the reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts on regular basis to ensure substantiation and validity * Review and analyze the movement of Balance Sheet and P&L month on month and quarter on quarter to ensure unusual movement or fluctuation of financial balances being identified and addressed in timely manner * Ensure general ledger accounting’s integrity and accuracy in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies to facilitate accuracy of effective tax computation between tax accounting and book accounting. * Coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure accurate eliminations and reconciliations. * Provide guidance, support, and advice to R2R professionals on accounting related matters. * Liaison with external audits to review the schedules and documentation to finalize financial statement on due time. * Support the documentation of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) * Identify areas for improvement in the R2R process and contribute to standardization and automation initiatives. * Act as a point of contact for GBS and internal stakeholders, including Business Controller, FP&A, Tax, and other finance functions for assigned entities. At Leonardo Helicopters we are responsible for the design of the complete air vehicle and working within the team you will have the ability to participate in all phases of the product design life cycle from participating in leading edge innovation to supporting aging aircraft. Your impact As an Avionic Systems Engineer you get to work across a range of helicopter platforms including conventional helicopters and uncrewed air systems. You'll be responsible for the design, verification & support of avionics systems, from initial design through to supporting flight test programmes. Experience in the application of Cyber risk evaluation and assurance requirements for aerospace. Experience of aerospace standards, e.g. DEF STAN 970, ARP-4754, DO-160, DO-178, DO-254. Il ruolo Stiamo cercando un/una GTM Engineer da inserire nel team Data & Tech di Sibill. Negli ultimi tre anni siamo cresciuti principalmente sull'inbound. Adesso vogliamo scalare outbound e partnership, e per farlo serve qualcuno ossessionato dai dati: capace di trovare i prospect giusti prima ancora che loro ci cerchino. Questo ruolo alimenta direttamente le pipeline del team sales. Non sei una risorsa di supporto: sei chi decide chi contattare, quando e con quale angolazione. Cosa farai - Costruire liste di cold prospect enriched: nome, cognome, email, telefono — così che ogni contatto del team sales sia chirurgico - Intercettare segnali di intento per generare liste di warm prospect: post LinkedIn, articoli di settore, visitatori del sito che non convertono, community e gruppi del nostro ICP - Analizzare continuamente il CRM: identificare opportunità da riattivare e portarle sul tavolo del team Sales nel momento giusto Sei la persona giusta se Prima di continuare a leggere, se il tuo profilo non corrisponde al 100% a quello descritto, ma riconosci in queste attività le tue capacità e quello che stai cercando, prosegui lo stesso! - Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contesti fast-paced, in ruoli simili (GTM Ops, Growth, Sales Ops, Lead Generation,..) - Padroneggi i principali tool outbound: Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator — e tieni d'occhio tutto ciò che il mercato propone - Conosci i principali database italiani rilevanti per il prospecting: Registro Imprese, Atoka, AIDA - Hai una mentalità da data hacker: incroci fonti, fai enrichment a cascata, trovi strade dove altri si fermano - Sei a tuo agio nel costruire da zero: processi, liste, workflow — il foglio bianco non ti spaventa, ti motiva - Bonus point: sai programmare (Python o simili) Cosa offriamo - RAL: €35–50K - Bonus: €10–20K - Ticket restaurant (8€/giorno) - Lavoro ibrido (basato a Milano) con 3 giorni di presenza alla settimana - Budget welfare In Sibill si lavora tanto, ma con impatto reale.
