What you'll do: Ensure the solution is built and maintained in line with the approved configuration and architecture. Support SIT and UAT testing, data validation, and reconciliation across integrated systems. Analyse business requirements and identify process improvements impacting SAP PS and SAP Finance. Your impact Are you an experienced Stress Analysis Engineer with experience of working on aircraft structures? Do you want to lead teams and develop our engineers of the future? Working as a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer at our Yeovil site, within our Helicopter Division, you will have the pride of seeing your structural designs on our product ranges, grow from a 3D concept through to installation and flight and you will play a part in the continued growth in our capability for the future. As part of the Structures Team, you will be responsible for developing structural design solutions in collaboration with other engineering departments and key stakeholders, for our wide product range encompassing conventional helicopters, tilt rotors and unmanned air systems. Our analysis team supports both the UK and Italian geographies so although based in the UK there is the opportunity to work on our full product range. Il ruolo Stiamo cercando un/una Account Executive (AE) da inserire nel nostro team Sales, con focus verticale sugli studi commercialisti. Il tuo lavoro inizia dove finisce quello del BDR: riceverai lead già qualificati e il tuo obiettivo sarà trasformarli in clienti, accompagnandoli dalla prima demo alla firma. È un ruolo intenso, sfidante e veloce, dove servono capacità commerciali solide, ascolto attivo e la capacità di parlare la lingua dei professionisti del settore contabile. Non è per tutti. Cosa farai - Condurre demo con lead qualificati dal team BDR, calibrate sul contesto e le esigenze dello studio - Gestire il ciclo di vendita end-to-end: dal primo confronto alla chiusura del contratto - Accompagnare i prospect durante il trial, assicurandoti che lo studio estragga valore reale dal prodotto - Parlare ogni giorno con titolari, partner e responsabili amministrativi di studi commercialisti - Chiudere nuovi clienti con un ritmo costante e misurabile - Gestire il CRM (HubSpot) in modo preciso e aggiornato - Collaborare con il BDR per affinare il profilo del lead ideale e migliorare il passaggio di consegne Sei la persona giusta se Prima di continuare a leggere, se il tuo profilo non corrisponde al 100% a quello descritto, ma riconosci in queste attività le tue capacità e quello che stai cercando, prosegui lo stesso! - Hai 2-5 anni di esperienza in B2B SaaS sales come AE o SDR/BDR - Parli fluentemente italiano e sai muoverti con autorevolezza in conversazioni con professionisti strutturati (commercialisti, revisori, partner di studio) - Sai ascoltare, capire le esigenze del cliente e sai chiudere - Hai standard alti e cerchi sfide costanti - Sei data-driven: leggi i numeri della tua pipeline e li usi per migliorare - Sei disposto a fare ciò che serve per raggiungere (e superare) i target - Hai una mentalità consulenziale: vendi valore, non funzionalità Una provenienza dal mondo della consulenza fiscale/contabile o da SaaS B2B rivolto ai professionisti è un plus significativo.
