Your mission will be to help define and improve simple, practical processes for box management, rubber tips, and needle management on the line. Il candidato contribuirà attivamente alle attività produttive all'interno delle Clean Room di AG300, inerenti il processo di produzione di prodotti di punta dell'azienda. L'orario di lavoro si distribuisce sui “21 Turni”, alternando Primo Turno, Secondo Turno e Turno Notturno distribuiti su 7 giorni settimanali (incuso il weekend) intervallati a giorni di riposo, al fine di garantire una copertura a ciclo continuo. Nel contesto di una fabbrica ad alta automazione, il ruolo ricercato è di tecnico di processo/manutenzione a supporto del funzionamento di macchinari per la realizzazione di dispositivi a semiconduttore che prevendono differenti fasi di lavorazione. Nel ruolo, il candidato, seguendo procedure dettagliate, anche con immagini a supporto, e lavorando prevalentemente in affiancamento, svolge attività operative connesse alle necessità del reparto produttivo: ad esempio, test delle attrezzature, supervisione e gestione dei lotti in lavorazione e semplici attività sui macchinari. Tutte le attività si svolgono attraverso l’uso del computer e diversi applicativi (software) specifici. Il lavoro prevede una prima breve fase di formazione in aula e sul campo tramite training on the job. Your impact The Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) is rapidly growing and is going through a phase of mobilisation against a new international operating model and continuation on a national contract. These ways of working and growth of the project require additional management activity of the Integrated Sensing and Non-Kinetic Effects (ISANKE) product. This role is for the management of a medium sized project which sits within and as part of a larger parent project. The Project Manager will own their budget and schedule and be responsible for delivering against it and conducting typical project management activities such as monthly reporting and maintenance of key management artefacts. In addition, this role will include responsibility for managing key stakeholder networks within Leonardo UK and within the wider national and international enterprise, including stakeholders at our partners in UK, Italy and Japan.
