La persona, all’interno del team di Hardware Quality, verifica la conformità di unità, sottoassiemi, componenti e trattamenti in accordo ai requisiti di Qualità e agli standard applicabili; intercetta, identifica e gestisce il prodotto non conforme ed effettua i controlli che abilitano alle successive fasi di integrazione e all’attuazione del KIP; supporta PAM e il QA durante le fasi di ispezione KIP/MIP. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Ispezionare preformatura, degolging e pretinning dei componenti elettronici (Vapour Phase); Ispezionare il PCB prima e dopo il montaggio (Vapour Phase/Hand Soldering); Ispezionare il prodotto dopo le rilavorazioni; Interfacciarsi con il QA se rileva difetti eccessivi, border line o critici; Ispezionare la scheda elettronica assiemata, ossia integrata con la sua meccanica; Aprire NCR per sostituzione di parti difettose e supporta la relativa NRB.
