As our Senior Product Designer for AI Experience, you will own the critical, high-trust moments where administrators, creators, and learners interact with generated outputs, evaluate suggestions, and take confident action. We are looking for an experimental designer who already leverages cutting-edge AI multipliers like Claude Code or Cursor to build, break, and prototype at the absolute edge of product design. This is your chance to move AI past abstract hype and architect the core design systems and paradigms that will define the future of workplace learning. 🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY - Architect the Ecosystem: Lead the end-to-end design for complex, AI-assisted workflows from strategic problem framing all the way through to shipped product excellence. - Demystify the Output: Design beautiful, high-clarity generated-output experiences that elegantly show users what was created, what data informed it, and what step to take next. - Build the AI Blueprint: Establish and scale reusable, global design patterns for AI review states, approval loops, data source visibility, recovery paths, and critical user privacy safeguards. - Prototype at Speed: Code or construct high-fidelity prototypes of complex AI behaviors early in the cycle, enabling teams to pressure-test and evaluate product direction before engineering commits. - Master Product Language: Shape the microcopy and UX writing for intricate AI moments, ensuring errors, status messages, generation guidance, and empty states feel incredibly human. - Collaborate as Peers: Partner lock-step with Product, Engineering, and specialized AI teams to break down massive technical complexity into visible trade-offs and elegant product experiences. - Safeguard the Craft: Conduct meticulous implementation reviews with Engineering partners to polish, tweak, and perfect the AI experience before it hits production. ⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS - Senior-Level Mastery: You bring an impressive track record of designing highly complex, workflow-heavy systems within B2B SaaS, enterprise, or platform products. - Ambiguity Alchemist: You possess a proven ability to make sound, strategic design decisions and progress forward even when operating with highly incomplete or shifting technical data. - Systemic Thinker: Your portfolio boasts gorgeous, end-to-end interaction design and system maps that prove your knack for organizing chaotic feature requests into clean product flows. - Edge-Case Specialist: You don't just design the "happy path"—you genuinely enjoy mapping out the hard parts like complex permissions, recovery states, error handling, and confirmations. - AI-Native Workflow: You are a designer who already naturally utilizes next-gen AI tools (like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) as a regular multiplier to accelerate your research, synthesis, and concept explorations. - High-Context Communicator: You back up your design choices with sharp user insights, business value, and technical rationale while enjoying direct, collaborative dialogue with customers. - Inclusive Designer: You hold a strong, working command of responsive design standards, localization needs, design systems management, and digital accessibility compliance. 🎁 BONUS POINTS - AI Agentic Experience: You have hands-on experience designing workflows for conversational interfaces, assistant patterns, recommendation algorithms, or multi-step agentic systems. - Domain Expertise: You bring a professional background in HR technology, enterprise learning systems, complex content authoring platforms, or massive knowledge management networks. - Maker Mentality: You actively maintain side projects, build custom plugins, or spin up experimental prototypes that demonstrate you love to learn by rolling up your sleeves and creating. 📋 OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS - Step 1: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and make sure we’re aligned. - Step 2: A 60-minute video call with the hiring manager, where they’ll dig deeper into your experience, approach, and what excites you most about this opportunity. - Step 3: Interactive Portfolio & Workflow Review—we want to see how you navigate ambiguity, and we'd love to hear how you use AI tools as a multiplier in your design process. - Step 4: Cross-Functional Alignment Session—a deep dive into your approach to partnering with Product, Engineering, and AI teams. Legal Tech

At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, we’re not just building software; we’re revolutionizing the way legal professionals work. Our mission is to empower lawyers, law firms, and companies with a world-class AI product that saves time, boosts productivity, and redefines what’s possible in the legal world — and to become the new standard for legal AI across Italy, Germany, and Spain. We’re changing the game, and we’re doing it with a team of builders who are looking for their next big challenge. The infrastructure that powers our AI is the backbone of that mission. We’re looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to make it fast, reliable, and ready to scale across Europe. WHY LEXROOM? - Shape the Future: Join the team taking legal AI to the next level. Here, we don’t follow trends — we define them. - Grow with Builders: Work side by side with experts in AI and law in an environment that values competence, rigor, and genuine collaboration. Ego stays at the door. - Make a Real Impact: Your work will transform the daily lives of tens of thousands of professionals. You’ll solve complex problems that genuinely matter — and you’ll see the results. THE CHALLENGE As we scale across multiple European markets, our infrastructure has to keep pace without ever compromising on reliability, security, or speed. You’ll own the cloud foundation that our AI products run on: the platform our engineers build on every day and the systems thousands of legal professionals depend on. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with our engineering team to translate fast growth into stable, well-architected infrastructure. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Own our infrastructure-as-code setup (Terraform), making environments reproducible, auditable, and easy to evolve. - Manage and optimize our serverless architecture, from deployment workflows to autoscaling and resource tuning. - Build and improve CI/CD pipelines that let our engineers ship quickly and safely. - Strengthen observability across the stack — monitoring, logging, alerting — so we catch issues before our users do. - Harden our security and compliance posture (we’re GDPR and ISO 27001 aligned), embedding best practices into the platform by default. - Design disaster recovery and business continuity plans and implementation strategies. - Partner with product and engineering teams to support new features with the right infrastructure, and lead by example on operational excellence. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Backend Engineering, or a similar role. - Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (experience with another major cloud is welcome if you’re ready to go deep on GCP). - Solid command of infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform. - Production experience with serverless and event-driven architectures. - Knowledge of various DB systems (e.g. SQL/noSQL, vectorial) - Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CircleCI, Jenkins). - Comfort with at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation. - A working understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management. - A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: you measure your work by outcomes, not effort, and you tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. - Fluency in Italian and English. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with AI-based coding (e.g. Cursor, or Claude Code) - Experience with AI and LLMs.   WHAT SETS US APART An Exceptional Team At Lexroom.ai http://Lexroom.ai, you’ll work alongside top talent in tech and legal AI. Our focused teams operate with purpose and autonomy, so every contribution delivers visible results. You’ll collaborate with people who pair innovation with rigor, curiosity with discipline, ambition with depth. Growth that Matters We hire exceptional people to make a difference—and we give them space to lead. Your work will shape the future of legal technology and set new standards for the field. Impact is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title. If you’re ready to take responsibility, you’ll find real opportunities to grow and lead high-stakes projects. Rewarding Your Contribution We value excellence and share success: - Annual Salary Range: €50,000 – €75,000 - Equity Package: Align your growth with the company’s long-term success.   BENEFITS THAT MATTER - Hybrid Work: Flexibility to balance remote work with in-person collaboration at our Milan HQ. - Meal Vouchers: Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier. - Performance Bonuses: Rewards tied directly to measurable results. - Team Retreats & Off-sites: Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas.   At Lexroom http://lexroom.ai/, we’re driven by bold ambitions and a passion for excellence. We’re building something great, and that requires dedication, hard work, and a commitment to continuous growth. If you’re excited about the opportunity to challenge yourself, work hard and make a real impact, then we’d love to see your application.
