Central Construction de STMicroelectronics est situé à Crolles (38) et héberge l’engineering de la construction de toutes les usines ST dans le monde. Nos plus gros projets actuels se situent à Agrate et Catane (Italie), à Malte et sur plusieurs sites asiatiques. Au sein de Central Construction, nous définissons l’architecture et les installations techniques de ces usines de plusieurs centaines de millions d’euros, qui représentent le futur de STMicroelectronics. L’équipe FMCS s’occupe de l’automatisme des utilités d’une salle blanche : • Installations d’automatismes industriels (automates/PLC Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider) • Automates de sécurité (détection gaz) • Bus de communication terrain (Profinet, Modbus, etc.), • SCADA, bases de données et informatique industrielle (AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA Historian, Microsoft SQL, Wonderware InTouch HMI, etc.), • Réseaux (IT network) et de la sécurité / cybersécurité. MISSIONS Au sein du ST Central Construction FMCS France, vous participerez, comme donneur d’ordre, aux études et au suivi des projets d'ingénierie et de construction à l'échelle mondiale (France, Italie, Asie et reste du monde) pour tous les aspects automatismes, systèmes de contrôle, PLC et SCADA. Vos principales missions seront : • Identifier les nouveaux besoins d’installations liés au contrôle-commande des installations Facilities de ST dans le monde : o Architecture d’automates (redondance, ségrégation, indépendance, …), o Contraintes liées aux process et à la maintenance. • Réaliser des études et définir l’architecture des systèmes de contrôle, en tenant compte des besoins des différents métiers et experts. • Définir et implémenter les objets et méthodes standards à utiliser sur l’ensemble des projets. • Dimensionner, définir et rédiger les cahiers des charges et appels d’offres des installations. • Rédiger les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles des systèmes de contrôle. • Synthétiser, présenter et défendre vos choix techniques auprès des parties prenantes. • Participer à la sélection des fournisseurs pour la réalisation des prestations d’automatisme, en lien avec le service achats. • Suivre précisément, d’un point de vue technique, les consultations, validations et alignements entre les différentes entreprises. • Suivre vos dossiers d’étude, transmettre les informations et accompagner ensuite les équipes en charge de la construction et de l’exécution. • Contribuer à la gestion des projets de très grande envergure, avec des budgets pouvant atteindre plusieurs dizaines de millions de dollars. • Participer aux réunions d'ingénierie hebdomadaires, avec toutes les responsabilités associées (portée, planification, qualification de nouveaux matériels, suivi d’avancement, …). PROFIL RECHERCHÉ • Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) en Automatisme, Électronique, Énergie Électrique, Informatique, Informatique Industrielle, Mécatronique ou formation équivalente. Vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l’automatisme industriel. • Connaissance et maîtrise des outils/méthodes/langages de programmation automate, électricité, réseaux de terrain et infrastructure réseau IT. • Autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe. • Vous êtes attiré(e) par la gestion de multiples projets en simultané, à forts enjeux stratégiques et économiques. • Vous êtes pragmatique et autonome.
