Join our Manufacturing Product Quality team as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead quality activities across manufacturing, working closely with engineering, operations and suppliers to ensure robust processes and continuous improvement. You will oversee final product inspection activities, manage the disposition of non-conformances and chair material review/failure review boards to ensure timely, risk-based decisions. You will investigate quality issues, drive root cause analysis, implement effective corrective actions and support new product introduction to ensure products are delivered right first time. Your expertise will help reduce risk, improve product performance and enhance customer confidence. What you’ll bring We are looking for an experienced quality professional with a proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement. You will bring: Leading final inspection and acceptance activities to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Managing the disposition of non-conformances Chairing failure review and material review boards. Significant experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience leading root cause investigations using techniques such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and FMEA. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and statistical problem-solving techniques. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and production quality improvement activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions. A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline is desirable. La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Qualità Prodotto e supporterà le attività di identificazione e analisi delle cause radice (RCCA) in caso di non conformità o problematiche riscontrate durante il processo produttivo. Collaborerà con i reparti di produzione, ingegneria e qualità per implementare azioni correttive efficaci e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi. Principali attività: • Analisi delle non conformità: Supporto nell'identificazione delle cause radice attraverso metodologie RCCA (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA). • Implementazione azioni correttive: Collaborazione con i reparti coinvolti per definire e monitorare l'efficacia delle azioni correttive. • Monitoraggio delle performance: Raccolta e analisi di dati relativi a sdifettologie, rilavorazioni e reclami per individuare tendenze e aree di miglioramento. • Redazione reportistica: Preparazione di report dettagliati su attività RCCA, risultati ottenuti e raccomandazioni per il miglioramento. Titolo di Studio : Laurea di I o II livello (preferibilmente Ing. Aeronautica, Meccanica o Gestionale) o in caso di diploma tecnico è richiesta anche se breve precedente esperienza nel campo. Process Ownership & Recipe Setup * Serve as primary owner for assigned processes for Trymax and Axcelis tools etc * Set-up process recipe of newly introduced processes or new process equipment or tools * Evaluate the new processes and make a series of process characterization * Perform DOE and FMEA on critical process or equipment 2\. Process Quality Robustness * Make engineering decisions on a variety of technical issue to maintain and control yield. * Ensure implementation of process procedures and SPC control, and sustain an effective quality system in place. * Work with Device / Process control / EWS / QA engineers to improve Fab and EWS yield through methodologies of DOE, PDCA, or SDCA cycles. * Responsible for process problem analysis and implement corrective and/or preventive actions * Daily monitor and control the process system by SPC on input parameters and process output control parameters 3\. Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction * Identify opportunities and initiate actions to improve the yield performance, productivity, cycle time, and quality and cost. * Work on cost saving through minimizing material waste, process downtime reduction, increasing throughput, and removing redundant process steps. * Improving cycle time by exploring any opportunity on process capability, line layout, increasing equipment throughput and improving tools stability. Job Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent * Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor Etch area, familiar with Etch Processes * Strong Etch process technical background with experience to develop and optimize new process recipe * Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details * High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams * Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologies.
