Per la divisione Elicotteri, siamo alla ricerca di una/un tirocinante per l'area Sales & Marketing. La risorsa inserita in un percorso di tirocinio supporterà la funzione Italian MoD Sales nello sviluppo e nella gestione delle opportunità commerciali, contribuendo alle attività di analisi dei requisiti, gestione offerte, negoziazione e contrattualizzazione. Attività principali: Supporto all’analisi dei requisiti; Supporto all’impostazione del BID; Supporto alla valutazione strategica e analisi dei rischi; collaborare alla predisposizione delle offerte tecnico-commerciali interfacciandosi con le diverse aree aziendali; gestione del sistema informatico per la gestione delle opportunità commerciali; elaborazione presentazione e reportistica interna per presentazione offerte e/o rendicontazione delle negoziazioni; supporto alla presentazione dell’offerta ai Clienti; supporto alle attività negoziali; elaborazione degli allegati contrattuali; supporto alle attività di handover post-stipula. Requisiti richiesti Il/la candidato/a ideale è laureando/a o neolaureato/a in una delle seguenti aree: Ingegneria, Economia, Giurisprudenza, Relazioni Internazionali o discipline affini. capacità di analisi, sintesi e formalizzazione di requisiti, proposte e risultati negoziali; buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; attitudine al lavoro in team e al confronto con interlocutori di diverse funzioni aziendali; precisione, approccio metodico e capacità di organizzare informazioni complesse buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; capacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving; predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione in contesti multidisciplinari Competenze che verranno sviluppate Processi di vendita complessi B2G; Gestione del ciclo di vita dell’offerta commerciale Coordinamento interfunzionale in organizzazioni complesse Tecniche di negoziazione Gestione del Cliente istituzionale Normative tecniche e amminsitrative nazionali.
