All’interno dell’unità Commercial, CSS&T & Proprietary Programs Business , stiamo ricercando un/a addetto/a Material & MRO Program Manager per le nostre sedi di Torino e Pomigliano . Questa posizione afferisce a tutte le attività relative al coordinamento e supporto del processo end-to-end di una Linea di Business/Programma, dall’analisi e gestione della domanda di servizi che richiedono l’utilizzo dei materiali da parte dei Clienti, in termini di ricambi e riparazioni, alla delivery del servizio stesso. Il compito prevede lo sviluppo del rapporto con tutti i Team Leader e stakeholder coinvolti in questo processo, compreso il Cliente; garantire il corretto allineamento tra le aspettative di Business e l’acquisizione dei Materiali; lo sviluppo della Supply Chain e il coinvolgimento dei progetti di miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni del Fornitore. La risorsa dovrà dunque essere in grado di svolgere le seguenti attività: Partecipazione alla definizione, monitoraggio e avanzamento delle milestones aziendali CSS&T che riguardano servizi manutentivi che richiedono l’utilizzo di materiali relative al/ Programmi/Clienti assegnati; Analisi delle root causes sulle principali criticità relative ai servizi materiali afferenti a Programmi/Clienti assegnati e relativo coordinamento definizione e monitoraggio dei Piani di Recupero; Analisi e risoluzione, agendo quale facilitatore verso gli owners interni ed esterni, dei roadblock che rischiano di impattare la performance relativa alla disponibilità materiali relativa ai Programmi/Clienti assegnati; Partecipazione agli incontri con i Fornitori e gli stakeholder interni per l’analisi del portafoglio ordini con particolare riferimento gestione delle criticità che impattano la disponibilità delle Flotte Cliente e relativi Piani di Recupero; Coordinamento e monitoraggio quotidiano con i Team Leader M&MRO SM di Warehouse, Planning e Supply Management; Coordinamento quotidiano con i principali stakeholder CSS&T per soddisfare le esigenze del Cliente; Gestione rapporti con i Fornitori e gli stakeholders interni per la valutazione e promozione delle iniziative di miglioramento delle prestazioni; Analisi di RFQ di nuove iniziative e relativa esposizione all’impatto di manodopera/costo per la quota afferente le attività M&MRO SM; Produzione di report e statistiche periodiche sulle Top Critical Issue afferenti i Programmi/Clienti assegnati, prestazioni dei Fornitori e performance dei processi End-to-End; Promozione di iniziative di miglioramento e efficientamento dei processi logistici e delle procedure CSS&T applicabili ai servizi manutentivi che richiedono l’utilizzo dei materiali. Titolo di studio: Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria o Economia ed Organizzazione Aziendale. Per supportarti nel corso di questa esperienza, della durata massima di sei mesi, è previsto inoltre un rimborso spese. Stiamo ricercando n. 1 giovane studente o studentessa da inserire in stage con l’obiettivo di sviluppare la propria tesi di laurea sulla tematica dei metodi numerici per la valutazione degli effetti indiretti della fulminazione su un velivolo. Scopo di questa tesi è definire e validare un metodo di calcolo numerico, Computational ElectroMagnetics (CEM) per valutare gli effetti indiretti dati da un evento di fulminazione, Lightning Indirect Effects, secondo gli standard internazionali applicabili. Tale processo sarà orientato sia al progetto che alla certificazione di aeronavigabilità continua. L’attività si basa su un progetto di simulazione che prevede, dapprima la costruzione del modello ElettroMagnetico digitale del velivolo che integrerà in toto solo i particolari legati ai fenomeni elettromagnetici: il cosiddetto Digital Twin. A tal fine verrà messo a disposizione del tesista un CAD semplificato rappresentativo di un velivolo che includa oltre alle frame ed agli skin esterni, anche le posizioni installative di un set di equipaggiamenti ed il routing dell’architettura semplificata dei cablaggi. Successivamente, verrà condotta la campagna di simulazione numerica, basata sull’uso di software commerciali, sfruttando il modulo dedicato alla computazione elettromagnetica. L’approccio di simulazione per Lightning Indirect Effects (LIE) si basa sui metodi: Full-Wave Time-domain methode 2D TL (Transmission Line) Solver. L’ultima parte del progetto si fonda sull’attività di post processing che dapprima estrae i livelli di campi elettromagnetici e dei transitori di tensione e corrente sui cablaggi e sugli elementi strutturali e li confronta con risultati sperimentali, ottenuti durante un processo di validazione su un velivolo reale, al fine di sottoporli all’autorità certificativa per la verifica della compliance ai requisiti e in ultima istanza alla qualifica del velivolo stesso per il Lightning Indirect Effect. Lo studio dei risultati deve essere basato sull’elaborazione delle deviazioni tra i dati ottenuti dalle simulazioni e i risultati di misura sperimentale, considerando che: Durante la misurazione di prova si devono prendere in considerazione la metodica di stimolo a basso livello, le caratteristiche della strumentazione di misura, le limitazioni tecniche presenti a causa della complessità dell'attività, della presenza del terreno e di altri vincoli e ostruzioni intrinsecamente fisici; Le simulazioni elettromagnetiche presentano il vantaggio di una migliore rappresentazione dei fenomeni reali grazie all'assenza del terreno e di altre ostruzioni fisiche; Le simulazioni elettromagnetiche saranno effettuate utilizzando un modello raffinato, con alcune ipotesi e semplificazione della struttura reale, per motivi di tempo e costi. L’elaborato e il report prodotto dovranno essere correlati alle procedure previste in campo internazionale, accreditate per essere sottoposte ad un processo di certificazione di fronte all’autorità, applicando strumenti innovativi rispetto al consueto e consolidato metodo sperimentale – empirico di test a basso livello per il requisito di lightning (LLL: Low Level Lightning). Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni. Competenze comportamentali: Proattività; Capacità di lavorare in team; Orientamento all’apprendimento; Flessibilità. Competenze tecniche: Conoscenza approfondita della Teoria dei Campi Elettromagnetici e delle linee di trasmissione; Conoscenza della teoria EMC; Familiarità con l’utilizzo dei tool CEM commerciali; Familiarità con l’ambiente per il calcolo numerico Matlab. Conoscenze linguistiche: Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese, livello B2-C1. Competenze informatiche: Conoscenza approfondita dei SO per WS e del pacchetto Office; Conoscenza dei SO per HPC.
