Reporting to the Analog IC Design Team Manager for our Mixed Products, the purpose of this role, as an Analog /Mixed Signal Design Engineer, is to strengthen our design team to contribute to the development of our next generation of Mixed products (Touch Controllers, Ambient Light Sensors, Image Sensors) Job scope The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flexible and dynamic team working in the growing markets of smart sensors. You will join a proactive team, within the IC Design department of the Imaging Division. Main aspects of the job: * Design analogue IP to meet specifications * Minimize the risk of redesign to optimize the schedule and quality * Verify the analogue IP design and determine corrective actions * Supervise the layout implementation phase * Support silicon validation and solve design issues Requirements (minimum) * Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent * At least, 5 years’ academic and/or industry experience designing full-custom Analog ICs CMOS technology IPs * Knowledge in analog layout Requirements (preferred) * Experience or project work in CMOS Operational Amplifier, CMOS Low Noise Amplifier, Charge Pump, LDO, DAC, ADC, Oscillators will be added advantage * Experience in ultra-low power design techniques will be added advantage Skills * Good analytical skills * Self-motivated * Be a constructive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction. YOUR ROLE As an Equipment Engineer in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to: * Manage process equipment chiller and Dry vacuum pumps. * Manage spare parts for Dry vacuum pump and chiller group. * Chiller and Pump PM management and creation of PM procedure. * Manage FDC & IOT system, good understanding of networking using LAN or Wireless technology. * Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime. * Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide. * Coordinate and drive new equipment Abatements/chiller hookup, startup and release. * Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost * Train and coach PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill. * Manage a small group of technicians. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical * Attention to detail and have good analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience in managing Point of use chiller or dry vacuum pump installation, commissioning or repair * Experience in Chiller or dry pump vacuum technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance * Experience in preparing training material and Provide training new employees * Knowledge on Lam, Amat, Tel or Epi tool communication for vacuum pump and chiller * High commitment and good team player * Ability to think out of box. * Good communication and documentation skills * Preferably with project lead experience with good planning skills ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
