YOUR ROLE As an Equipment Engineer in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to: * Manage process equipment chiller and Dry vacuum pumps. * Manage spare parts for Dry vacuum pump and chiller group. * Chiller and Pump PM management and creation of PM procedure. * Manage FDC & IOT system, good understanding of networking using LAN or Wireless technology. * Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime. * Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide. * Coordinate and drive new equipment Abatements/chiller hookup, startup and release. * Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost * Train and coach PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill. * Manage a small group of technicians.
