All'interno dell’Area di Business Electronics stiamo ricercando Ingegnere per la nostra sede di Fusaro La persona che individueremo sarà inserita all’interno del team di NPI della Business Area Land & Sea, con lo scopo di irrobustire il gruppo di lavoro che si occupa della gestione dei dati tecnici ed in particolare della derivazione nell’ERP SAP delle strutture di Ingegneria definite su PLM Siemens TeamCenter Unified/ TeamCenter Enterprise La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Verifica puntuale, dato un prodotto, delle divergenze configurativi tra la struttura definita nel PLM di riferimento e la struttura di riferimento di manufacturing definita sull’ERP SAP Supporto verso la funzione M&SC Management per la valutazione degli impatti delle divergenze sulla pianificazione corrente a SAP in termini di ordini pianificati, ordini rilasciati, richieste di acquisto e ordini di acquisto Preparazione di report con dettaglio dell’analisi Analisi delle Engineering Change definite sul PLM TeamCenter Unified con valutazione degli impatti in produzione, verifica delle dipendenze con altre change, verifica della disponibilità e pulizia dei Manufacturing Data Derivazione delle Engineering Change in Manufacturing Change con verifica della CMT di appartenenza, classificazione della Manufacturing Data, verifica delle M-BOM e verifica completa del processo fino alla scrittura a SAP dei nuovi dati Verifica in SAP mediante utilizzo di transazioni standard e custom; utilizzo dei tool di sviluppo interno Apertura Incident su Piattaforma Service Now Leonardo per la risoluzione di eventuali problemi tecnici Apertura e gestione di Manufacturing Change per il versamento di documentazione di Manufacturing Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica/Informatica Livello di esperienza richiesto: Senior : 5-10 anni di esperienza Competenze e conoscenze tecniche: Conoscenza dei principi del Configuration Managment Conoscenza dei flussi di ambiente Manufacturing Rappresentano un plus: Precedente esperienza lavorativa in ambito Project Management Competenze comportamentali: Buona capacità comunicativa Buone capacità di coordinamento ed interazione tra diversi enti in azienda (PROC/ENG/PROD) Conoscenze linguistiche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, livello minimo B2. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Supporta il responsabile HSE di sito nell’analizzare e valutare i Rischi per la Salute e Sicurezza nei Luoghi di Lavoro, identifica gli aspetti ambientali e li gestisce e redige i relativi documenti. Analizza l’ergonomia delle postazioni di lavoro e dell’interfaccia macchina/operatore. Supporta nella gestione delle autorizzazioni ambientali e di salute e sicurezza mantenendo la compliance e garantendo la pianificazione degli interventi necessari per il mantenimento delle autorizzazioni anche in relazione alle modifiche organizzative, produttive e di layout. Gestisce gli aspetti HSE del sito, per garantire il monitoraggio dei processi e delle performance HSE. Supporta nella gestione in sicurezza dei contratti d’opera e d’appalto. Supporta il sito nell’applicazione degli standard di governance HSE e la diffusione delle best practice. Cura la gestione dei rifiuti prodotti, prodotti chimici, emissioni, acque suolo e sottosuolo. Gestisce il mantenimento della compliance HSE, assicurando l'adozione del sistema di gestione certificato secondo gli standard ISO 45001 e ISO 14001. Controlla i KPI per la verifica dell'efficacia e dell'efficienza del Sistema di Gestione HSE, in linea con le linee guida aziendali. Predispone la documentazione HSE richiesta. Supporta nella gestione degli investimenti e dei costi HSE, con l'obiettivo di migliorare le performance ambientali e di sicurezza sul lavoro, in collaborazione con la funzione HSE Project & Improvement. Identifica procedure da seguire in caso di emergenza, monitorandone l'andamento e l'efficacia e supporta il delegato del datore di lavoro nella gestione dell’emergenza anche partecipando al Board di sito per l’emergenza. Collabora con il Medico Competente per la gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria. La persona dovrà garantire il presidio delle attività di produzione di processi speciali come trattamenti a film sottile da applicare a componenti ottici, prestando particolare attenzione al monitoraggio costante dell’efficienza di processo in termini di performance e resa generale della linea di produzione, intervenendo dove necessario per ripristinare le condizioni ottimali di esercizio. La persona si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività: presidiare la progettazione ed implementazione di trattamenti ottici a film sottile; verificare ed analizzare le performance del prodotto finito confrontando il dato misurato con i requisiti di specifica, implementando le adeguate azioni correttive ove necessario; guidare le attività di progettazione e realizzazione di attrezzaggi meccanici per la lavorazione dei componenti ottici; redigere procedure di collaudo e/o istruzioni operative per attività produttive; redigere reportistica tecnica oggetto di delivery nei confronti del cliente interno; contribuire con proattività al concurrent engineering di nuovi prodotti; promuovere l’efficientamento e il continuos improvement della linea di produzione; monitorare e presidiare i KPI di prestazione degli asset di produzione, contribuendo alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche evidenziate dagli indicatori; utilizzare tool aziendali per garantire la corretta esecuzione delle fasi di produzione.
