A propos de vos missions Pour soutenir les activités d’Assurance Qualité et de Fiabilité liées aux nouveaux projets concernant le nouveau business des transistors de puissance. S’assurer que la qualité et la fiabilité des produits livrés satisfont aux exigences des clients. Piloter les activités qualité afin d’atteindre le niveau de Qualité et de Fiabilité des produits demandé par le Client et le Marché, dans les domaines de la Fiabilité, de la Résolution de problèmes et des Plans d’amélioration. En particulier : • Analyse de fiabilité : réaliser des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives pour évaluer la durabilité, la robustesse et la disponibilité des produits ou des systèmes. • Conception pour la fiabilité : collaborer avec les équipes de conception afin d’intégrer les critères de fiabilité dès les premières étapes du développement. • Tests et validation : définir et superviser les essais de fiabilité, les tests de stress et les essais de tenue en endurance afin d’identifier les points faibles potentiels. • Maintenance prédictive : développer des modèles prédictifs pour anticiper les défaillances et planifier des interventions de maintenance efficaces. Analyse des défaillances : étudier les causes racines des défaillances ou dysfonctionnements à l’aide de méthodologies telles que la FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) et l’analyse RCA (Root Cause Analysis). • Suivi et reporting : suivre les indicateurs de performance et de fiabilité, préparer des rapports techniques et proposer des actions correctives. • Conformité réglementaire : s’assurer que les produits et les processus sont conformes aux réglementations et normes du secteur en matière de fiabilité et de sécurité. A propos de vos missions * Développer un simulateur multi-physique de mémoires à changement de phase (PCM), couplant un modèle thermodynamique décrivant l’évolution de la microstructure du matériau à changement de phase à un modèle électro-thermique. * Faire évoluer la partie thermodynamique utilisant l’approche multi-champ de phase pour modéliser l’ensemble des états de la microstructure du matériau à changement de phase (phases, compositions chimiques). * Étendre le modèle au support de structures arbitraires en 2D, et possiblement en 3D, en s’appuyant sur des méthodes numériques adaptées, telles que les méthodes de volumes finis. * Calibrer et valider le modèle développé en s’appuyant à la fois sur des résultats de simulations à l’échelle atomique ainsi des résultats expérimentaux. Provide directions and support in most problem-solving teams using TQM tools like 8D, FMEA etc. Environmental, Health and Safety: 1. Carry out duties in monitoring and maintenance of equipment and processes to ensure conservation of resources such as Energy, Water, Chemical and Gas. Responsibilities * Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems including nonconforming material management (MRB), internal audits, and quality event handling using structured problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Map) * Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to monitor fab quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities * Manage nonconforming material and outgoing quality by executing lot disposition per Visual SOP, updating MRB tool with clear instructions, raising timely Quality Alerts, and communicating with external parties to ensure corrective and preventive actions * Lead MRB meetings to conduct in-depth risk assessments, identify impacted lots, and drive sustainable corrective/preventive actions * Support customer, certification, and internal audit activities through preparation, on-site support, follow-up, and closure of audit actions * Perform internal audits of systems and processes to verify compliance and use audit outcomes to drive continual improvement across the fab * Support new technology transfer by setting up outgoing quality control (OQC) process flows, benchmarking with sending plants, and managing recipe, control plans, inspection methods, DOLI management, and authorized rework Job Requirements * Degree in Materials Engineering, Science or equivalent * Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with quality systems (e.g., 8D, MRB, internal audits, QMS procedures, control plans, SPC, FMEA) in a manufacturing environment * Knowledge of structured problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Map) * Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and POWER BI * Understanding or certification of Quality Systems such as VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 * Basic knowledge of semiconductor front-end manufacturing * Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams * Detail-oriented, fast learner, and self-driven with minimal supervision ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
