What you'll be doing As our Head of Wealth Operations, you’ll play a key role in operationalizing and scaling the delivery of our B2B wealth coaching service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and growth. Define the training model and build internal capabilities to reduce dependency on external providers. - Own operational KPIs - Define and monitor the metrics that matter — NPS, number of coachings delivered, team capacity, and productivity. - Ensure service quality - Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes, scripts, workflows, and controls — enabling the evolution of the financial training model. - Partner with Business & Tech - Collaborate with the Growth and Tech teams on CRM setup and tooling to support service delivery and client management. As a Senior Project Manager within our Typhoon Support Enterprise team, you will be at the centre of ensuring operational excellence for Typhoon DASS support across multiple customers. Based in Luton, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation, while shaping the future of our support strategy. What you will do as Senior Project Manager – Typhoon DASS Support: Provide Project Management support to the DASS Support Programme Manager, and help lead the cross-functional Typhoon DASS Support Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring effective management of common topics across all Typhoon customers. Drive operational performance at ML4, focusing on repairs backlog reduction and operational efficiencies. Act as the main point of contact for all customer support DASS related product & repair queries. Champion best-in-class project management practices including financial accountability & reporting. What you’ll bring: To succeed in this role, you will bring a proven track record in project management and a strong ability to unite and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal. Essential skills and experience include: Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within complex engineering or defence environments. Ability to lead, influence, and federate diverse cross-functional teams. Strong capability in generating and executing data-driven plans that deliver measurable benefits. Knowledge of the DASS product and the Eurofighter landscape is advantageous but not essential.
