    Job Description: As part of the new ESOC FOE Astrophysics missions’ contract, due to start on 01/01/2027, we are seeking to expand our Spacecraft Operations Engineering Team, specifically for our support to a wide range of CubeSats. Il/La Certifying Staff assicura il coordinamento di tutte le attività necessarie all'emissione del Certificato di Conformità e del Release to Service di parti. Principali responsabilità La figura del/la Certifying Staff ha la responsabilità di certificare la rispondenza dell’elicottero ai dati tecnici applicabili/approvati. In particolare si citano le seguenti attività: 1. Raccoglie ed analizza la documentazione che ritiene necessaria, eseguendo opportune verifiche, quali: documenti produttivi documenti di design ogni altra verifica ritenuta funzionale allo svolgimento delle proprie attività, ad esempio: elenchi difetti, SMC, Service Bulletins (SB), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Prescrizioni Tecniche Applicabili (PTA); 2. Esegue verifiche sul prodotto: - controllo configurazione elicottero; - controllo a campione di parti installate; - ispezioni visive ritenute necessarie, ad esempio: marche di registrazione temporanee, targhette identificative elicottero, ecc. - ogni altra verifica ritenuta funzionale allo svolgimento delle proprie attività; In tutte queste fasi, se richiesto, le funzioni produzione e qualità saranno tenute a fornire adeguato supporto finalizzato allo svolgimento di tali controlli. 3. Esercita i privilegi descritti nelle procedure per emettere e gestire: Permessi di Volo (Permit To Fly) Test execution Authorization Form (TAF); L’approntamento del Delivery Data Package e del Logbook, per le sezioni a suo carico; Trasferimento e riconsegna di aeromobili sperimentali ad Operazioni Sperimentali di Cascina Costa; Helicopter Statement of Conformity (EASA Form 52/EMAR F52) e Certificate of Conformity (CoC); Statement of Conformity (SoC) e Certification and Construction Standard (CCS) per elicotteri sperimentali e/o militari; Assegnazioni marche temporanee / Contrassegni sperimentali; EASA Form 53 / EMAR Form53; FORM 03 4. Supporta e si interfaccia con la NAA (ENAC) per il rilascio dei Certificati di Navigabilità per Esportazione; 5. Supporta le Autorità Aeronautiche estere per: agevolare le fasi di registrazione riguardo gli elicotteri di nuova produzione; trasferimento di titolo degli elicotteri già in servizio; 6. Supporta e si interfaccia con la DAAA per attività di GQAR; 7. Supporta e collabora con i membri del Delivery Team durante le accettazioni Clienti; 8. Si avvale, previa autorizzazione da parte della CAA UK (United Kingdom), del processo di Direct Issue per il supporto e la gestione dei documenti di Airworthiness, limitatamente agli elicotteri registrati con marche inglesi G-XXXX. 9.
