Vous travaillez en horaires d’équipe de week-end : * Vendredi : 6h–17h * Samedi et dimanche : 6h–19h30 Fiche emploi et classification : D7 - Technicien de maintenance qualifié Contrat : CDI Votre mission principale : contribuer au bon fonctionnement des systèmes d’automation et du transport automatisé (AMHS), afin de garantir la continuité et la performance de la production. Vos principales missions Support Automation * Analyser des situations techniques à partir de fichiers logs pour identifier l’origine des incidents. * Proposer et mettre en œuvre les actions de correction nécessaires. * Rédiger des comptes rendus précis et structurés à destination des équipes de développement informatique, afin de permettre la correction définitive des dysfonctionnements. Transport automatisé (AMHS) * Assurer la sécurisation des arrêts d’équipements pour permettre les interventions en hauteur d’autres équipes, dans le respect strict des règles de sécurité. * Réaliser des opérations de maintenance préventive et curative sur les équipements du système de transport de lots et de réticules, en suivant des check-lists et des documentations techniques. * Veiller au maintien d’un niveau de performance optimal du système de transport, afin de soutenir la production. Amélioration continue & collaboration * Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer les check-lists, les méthodes de maintenance et les pratiques du service. * Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes process, maintenance ateliers, production, ainsi qu’avec les fournisseurs et le management. * Contribuer aux démarches d’amélioration continue et de fiabilisation des installations (retours d’expérience, propositions d’optimisation, mise à jour des standards). Profil recherché De formation technique BAC 2 / BAC 3 (informatique industrielle, maintenance industrielle, électronique, électrotechnique, mécatronique ou équivalent), vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience en support maintenance, en environnement automatisé ou sur des systèmes de transport automatisé (AMHS), ou d’une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire. À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes automatisés, vous savez exploiter des fichiers logs pour analyser une situation, comprendre l’origine d’un dysfonctionnement et contribuer à sa résolution. Vous maîtrisez les outils de GMAO (type TPM Center) pour le suivi des interventions, la traçabilité et le reporting. Un niveau d’anglais technique vous permettant de comprendre des documentations, procédures et notices constructeurs est un atout apprécié. Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous accordez une importance particulière à la traçabilité de vos actions : comptes rendus complets, mise à jour des bases de données, suivi des actions correctives et préventives. Vous êtes capable de synthétiser vos interventions et de présenter clairement les actions réalisées à vos interlocuteurs (équipe, hiérarchie, support informatique, fournisseurs…). Doté(e) d’une forte curiosité et d’une réelle appétence pour la technique et les systèmes automatisés, vous adoptez une approche méthodologique dans la recherche de pannes et la réalisation des interventions : diagnostic structuré, analyse des causes, vérification systématique et validation des solutions. Reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens de la communication, vous savez travailler en collaboration avec les différents services. Your Impact As Chief Engineer, you will ensure the governance and quality for the delivery of the equipment and lead the technical direction of all aspects of the solution delivery including adherence to safety and security regulations and support including ILS training solutions. Responsibilities include: Be delegated by the business as the Design Authority & Company Technical Signatory for the required products. Represent, supported by Subject Matter Experts, the company when engaging with the customer and End User to define the technical solution Ensure independent product assurance through Design Reviews and ensuring company procedures are adhered to Be responsible for delivered product design, compliance, safety and integrity. Work as part of a multi-disciplined project team in close partnership with key stakeholders. This role will see the successful candidate join the quickly expanding engineering team within the CEMA and ICS sector and take on a key role in shaping the future of the NATO JEWCS deployed solution combining use of COTS with the latest technologies and ensuring that they meet the needs of the customer. Essential Experience: A strong background in development of complex military products Have experience in developing systems solutions particularly with the radar/communication and EW domains. Experience of working with Requirements, Test Qualification and Acceptance strategies. Experience of managing the Design Standard and associated Configuration Management. Experience in gaining Design Certification and Customer Acceptance.
