Attività: Tra i progetti da implementare vi sono una o più tra le seguenti attività: - Selezione e qualifica nuovi adesivi in film e nuovi adesivi in pasta attaverso testing prove metallo-metallo e prove composito-composito - Qualifica e introduzione particolari realizzati in compression moulding completo di business case - Introduzione tecnologia Computed Tomography per Main Rotor Blades attraverso scouting tecnologico e scansioni tomografiche su particolari aeronautici - Qualifica e introduzione Digital Radiography per straps Tail Rotor Blades con digitalizzazione degli standard radiografici - Rimozione Human Factor attraverso la modifica del controllore a logica programmabile degli impianti di polimerizzazione e standardizzazione durata dei cicli di polimerizzazione. - Individuazione di sfridi di raw materials (fibra vetro, fibra carbonio, adesivi) e successiva riduzione attraverso analisi dei processi di preparazione dei kit e dei processi di laminazione.
