Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact. At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. The Release Engineer oversees and orchestrates the software release lifecycle across our SaaS platform. The candidate will bridge the gap between Product Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, focusing on standardising release processes while ensuring development teams maintain their speed and autonomy, responsible for enabling safe, predictable, lean, and compliant software delivery across the organisation. What You'll Do - Governance & Standardisation: Define and maintain "Golden Standards" for the release process across all product teams to ensure consistency. - Interdependency Management: Analyse and validate cross-service dependencies prior to deployment, ensuring changes in "Service A" do not compromise the integrity of "Service B." - Risk Mitigation: Assess risks associated with each release cycle, defining clear rollback plans and timely mitigation strategies. - Process Automation: Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate release checklists and quality gates. - Communication Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Product, QA, and Security stakeholders to align release timelines and expectations. - Continuous Improvement: Analyse post-release metrics to identify bottlenecks and constantly optimise the workflow. - Enforce release readiness standards across all teams, with the authority to block releases if unmitigated or unclear risks are identified, in collaboration with Engineering Leadership. - Track and communicate delivery blockers, dependencies, and risk indicators, escalating issues to the appropriate teams or line managers to ensure timely resolution and maintain a predictable release pace. - Guarantee the company is always capable of deploying hotfixes for any service, promoting and validating processes that favour the use of tested release candidates over cherry-picked changes. What it takes to be successful: To be successful as a Release Engineer in a modern SaaS environment, you need to move away from being a "gatekeeper" and become an enabler. The true measure of success is when the release process is so well-structured that it becomes "boring"—meaning there are no surprises, no midnight emergencies, and no broken dependencies. What We're Looking For - Experience: 3+ years in Release Engineering, or DevOps within SaaS/Cloud-native environments. - CI/CD Mastery: Proficiency with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins. - Microservices Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices, including API versioning, compatibility testing, and contract testing. - Deployment Strategies: Hands-on experience with Canary Releases, Blue-Green deployments, and Feature Flag management. - Observability: Ability to use monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog) to validate release success in real-time. - Pragmatism: Ability to balance process rigour with the need for engineering flexibility and velocity. - Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Resilience: Remains calm and analytical when managing release-related incidents or high-pressure deployment windows. OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝 Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. THE ADVENTURE AHEAD We're looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations who gets excited about making things work better and providing incredible service and experiences to our people every day. This role is for someone who wants to build better than ever before. A leader who sees friction and wants to remove it. Someone who looks at a manual process and wonders why it exists. You'll help shape the next generation of People Operations at Docebo by simplifying workflows, modernizing how work gets done, introducing thoughtful automation and AI, building People systems and processes genuinely differently and creating scalable solutions that support our global team. You'll partner with teams across People, Technology, IT, Finance, and Legal to rethink how we deliver services and support employees through every key moment in their journey. This is a career defining role for the right leader. If you're energized by solving problems, building better systems, and creating order out of complexity, we'd love to meet you.     WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. - Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and improve service delivery across our global teams. - Partner with People Technology & Analytics to design scalable process and system solutions that improve employee and manager experiences. - Use data, process mapping, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to uncover friction and drive meaningful improvements. - Define and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and process health to ensure we're continuously getting better. - Explore practical uses of automation and AI that improve speed, consistency, and employee support while maintaining strong governance and human judgment. - Build clear documentation, playbooks, and operating standards that help us scale effectively. - Lead change management efforts that help teams adopt new ways of working successfully. - Partner across the business on initiatives that impact People Operations, including organizational changes, policy updates, system enhancements, and new programs. - Ensure our processes meet privacy, compliance, security, and audit requirements across all regions. - Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.     WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Employees and managers can navigate key People processes with less friction and greater confidence. - Core People Operations workflows are simpler, faster, and easier to scale globally. - Operational decisions are informed by meaningful data and clear service metrics. - Automation and AI help us work smarter without losing the human touch. - Documentation and controls support growth while maintaining quality and consistency. - People Operations is viewed as a strategic capability that helps the business move faster and operate better.     WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field. - A proven track record of improving processes, simplifying complexity, and building scalable operations. - A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to connect technology, process, data, and employee experience. - Experience working with HR technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, ticketing, and knowledge management systems. Experience with Dayforce is a plus. - Curiosity and comfort exploring automation and AI to improve how work gets done. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - High standards for quality, integrity, and confidentiality. - Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.     WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS We're building a People function designed for the future. One where employees get the support they need when they need it. Where managers spend less time navigating process and more time leading people. Where automation handles the repetitive work and humans focus on what matters most. If that sounds like the kind of challenge you want to take on, we'd love to hear from you. Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. 🌟 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD We're redefining what demand generation looks like in the age of AI, and if you're not afraid to embrace the future of marketing, this is the right job for you. We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation who gets it - modern B2B buying isn't about blasting prospects with generic content. It's about understanding how our audience actually researches, evaluates, and buys technology. You'll own demand generation strategy and execution while reporting to our VP of Revenue Marketing. This is a role for someone who leads from the front. You won't just set direction and delegate - you'll get into the work alongside your team, spot where the funnel is breaking before anyone else does, and drive the cross-functional conversations needed to fix it. This job is not about vanity metrics or MQL inflation. We care about pipeline quality, sales velocity, and revenue impact. Your fingerprints should be visible in pipeline — not just in activity reports. If you're tired of playing the attribution guessing game and want to build something that actually moves the business, keep reading. 🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY Performance & Growth - Design and optimize our demand generation engine — attribution models, lead scoring, handoff processes, and pipeline forecasting - Lead quarterly demand planning to accurately project pipeline impact across all channels - Proactively identify where the funnel is leaking — by channel, segment, or stage — and own the fix cross-functionally, not just the flag - Use data to understand what's working and what isn't, beyond surface-level metrics to real pipeline influence - Test new channels and tactics while maintaining efficiency on proven performers - Manage a seven-figure annual budget across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels - Lead campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms where our buyers actually spend time Team Leadership - Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing Demand Generation team — and stay close enough to the work to know when something's off before it becomes a problem - Be a player-coach: set the strategic direction and roll up your sleeves when the team needs you in the weeds - Be a driving force for staying ahead with AI tools, emerging technologies, and evolving marketing practices   💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS - Proven Growth Pioneer: You bring 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with HR/Learning/Enterprise software buyers - Pipeline Maestro: You have a proven track record managing seven-figure budgets and driving measurable pipeline growth — not just lead volume - A Diagnostic Mindset: You don't wait for the QBR to find out the funnel broke; you spot the anomalies early, diagnose the root cause, and move fast. - Cross-Functional Orchestration: You possess a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional conversations—with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing—to actively unblock pipeline, not just report on it. - AI and Emerging Tech Curiosity: You bring deep experience with or strong interest in AI marketing tools, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to keep us ahead of the curve. - Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient and comfortable navigating Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and modern marketing automation platforms. - Strategic Thinker with Hands-on Execution: You possess the ability to write the high-level playbook and step onto the field to run the play yourself. 🎁 BONUS POINTS - You have experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex buying committees - You have a background in learning technology, HR tech, or adjacent industries - You have a track record with account-based marketing and intent data platforms OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝 Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. With flexibility the rest of the week, it’s a balance designed to help everyone do their best work and keep growing. OUR TOTAL REWARDS PHILOSOPHY 🎉 Our Total Rewards Philosophy centers around three core areas to reward and care for our People: - Rewarding Impact: We lead with competitive pay to reward the impact, skills and traits that fuel our success. - Fostering Holistic Wellbeing: We care deeply about and invest in the whole person with programs that support our people’s physical, mental, and financial well-being. - Empowering Our Talent Culture: We build a culture of trust and empowerment by designing our rewards and benefits with transparency, equity, and flexibility, enabling our people to do their best work and stay for the long haul.
