A propos de vos missions Au sein du département Engineering Standards & Programs, dans l’organisation Equipment Operational Quality & Safety, vous aurez la charge de développer des outils d’analyse de données et de gestion pour les différents services des Opérations du site de Crolles 300. Vous aurez pour missions : * De développer des outils de visualisation (tableaux de bord) et d’analyses de données avec le logiciel Spotfire * De développer des outils pour la gestion des activités des différents métiers (équipement, process, logistique, etc.) en charge du support de l’usine de fabrication des semiconducteurs * D’assurer le suivi, la mise à jour, l’amélioration des analyses existantes et de traiter les problèmes * De participer à des chantiers Lean pour l’amélioration continue de nos processus Qualité et Sécurité * D’apporter votre aide pour les différentes missions prises en charge par vos collègues * Votre capacité à comprendre les process, les enjeux qualité et sécurité, les besoins clients, à définir un cahier des charges et à gérer des projets sera aussi importante que vos compétences en développement informatique. As a Product Cyber Resilience Manager within our Radar and Advanced Targeting (RATs) business, you’ll join a multi discipline team at the forefront of innovation and play a pivotal role in protecting some of the UK’s most advanced systems. You’ll shape the product security strategy from concept to delivery and champion strengthening product integrity and support exciting technical challenges, ensuring a strong security culture across the business. As a Product Cyber Resilience Manager, you will: Undertake the production of Security Managements Plans, work package descriptions and cost estimates in support of product bids, services and proposals. Review and provide guidance of security risk assessments, risk mitigation plans, mitigation gap analysis and preparation of security management documentation for system Accreditation, such as solution hardening guidance and security operating procedures. Defining product security requirements, advising development teams on suitable implementation standards and techniques and overseeing product development activities. Liaison with Security Accreditors and Security Assurance Coordinators in support of security Accreditation. Participate in internal and external discipline working groups and with academic partners covering Product Cyber Resilience and Product Security for various established and emerging standards. You will be responsible for determining product cyber resilience objectives through security risk management techniques in relation to the Integrated Sensing products and then working with the engineering teams to achieve those objectives through the architecture and design of the solution. You’ll also support the product assurance activities to verify compliance to those objectives and the transition to operations and ongoing through-life support. What you’ll bring Experience with product security assessment methods or security risk management systems for complex products based on a recognised framework in a highly regulated industry such as aerospace, nuclear, automotive, rail or oil & gas. Practical experience of the System Development Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle, V-Models and Agile frameworks. Experience in managing product information security, including risk assessment, threat modelling, vulnerability management, and incident response. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and Knowledge of UK/NATO Information Assurance/Accreditation frameworks; Familiarity with the application of cyber resilience controls to embedded systems. Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection. Building Maintenance & Facilities Management * Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of buildings, offices, warehouses and related infrastructure. * Supervise maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor civil works. * Establish preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution. * Coordinate repairs and renovation works with internal teams and contractors. * Maintain updated inventory of building assets, equipment and furniture. * Ensure all facilities comply with safety, security and regulatory requirements. 3\. Sanitary & Housekeeping Services * Organize and supervise cleaning and housekeeping of offices, common areas, toilets, meeting rooms and external areas. * Define cleaning standards, schedules and procedures to maintain high hygiene levels. * Ensure availability of cleaning materials, hygiene products and consumables. * Monitor performance of internal cleaning staff or outsourced cleaning companies. * Coordinate periodic deep-cleaning, pest control and disinfection activities. * Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations. 4\. Gardening & Grounds Maintenance * Oversee landscaping, gardening and general upkeep of outdoor areas. * Plan and supervise maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, flowers and green areas. * Coordinate trimming, watering, fertilizing and pest control activities. * Ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, visually appealing and aligned with company image. * Manage contracts and performance of external gardening service providers 5\. Water Supply & Utilities Management * Monitor and manage water supply systems (potable water, irrigation, industrial use as applicable). * Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of pumps, tanks, pipelines, valves and related equipment. * Implement water quality checks in coordination with relevant departments. * Coordinate waste-water management and compliance with environmental regulations. * Promote efficient use of water and other utilities (energy, gas, etc.) and support sustainability initiatives. * Maintain records of consumption and prepare regular reports for management. 6\. Canteen & Catering Services * Manage company canteen operations (internal or outsourced). * Define and monitor food quality, hygiene, safety and service standards. * Coordinate menu planning, pricing and service hours with the canteen provider. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and periodic inspections. * Handle staff feedback and complaints related to canteen services and drive improvements. * Monitor canteen costs, contracts and performance indicators. 7\. Transportation Services * Plan and manage staff transportation services (buses, pool cars, shuttle services, etc.). * Optimize transport routes, schedules and capacity to ensure punctuality and cost-effectiveness. * Ensure proper maintenance, insurance and documentation of company vehicles. * Coordinate with transport service providers and monitor service quality and safety. * Implement policies on vehicle usage, fuel control and driver conduct. * Track transport-related incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. 8\. Company Welfare & Employee Services * Coordinate general welfare services such as recreation areas, staff facilities, rest rooms and common spaces. * Support HR in implementing welfare initiatives (events, celebrations, awareness campaigns, etc.). * Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of welfare facilities (locker rooms, prayer rooms, first-aid rooms, etc. as applicable). * Manage distribution or access to welfare-related benefits (e.g. uniforms, drinking water points, break areas). * Gather feedback from employees on general services and welfare; propose improvement plans.
