Your mission will focus on designing a simple, reliable, and effective mistake-proofing solution to improve process quality, prevent human error, and enhance production safety and efficiency. Ces accélérateurs permettent l'inférence de réseaux de neurones directement sur le MCU cible, sous de fortes contraintes de performance, mémoire et consommation. Pour en exploiter pleinement leur potentiel, les modèles d'IA doivent être compilés et optimisés à l'aide d'un compilateur développé en interne. Ce compilateur est aujourd'hui livré en production et utilisé activement par nos clients industriels. Dans ce contexte, vous intégrerez l'équipe en charge de cette chaîne de compilation afin d'améliorer directement l'exécution des modèles sur NPU. Ce poste est centré sur la compilation et l'optimisation de réseaux existants — il ne couvre pas l'entraînement de modèles. Missions 1\. Optimisation sur cas réels: Concevoir et intégrer de nouvelles passes d'optimisation dans le compilateur pour réduire la latence et l'empreinte mémoire sur des modèles et cas d'usage concrets. Vous bénéficiez d'une très large latitude dans vos choix d'optimisation — les décisions techniques sont prises au plus près de l'expertise. 2\. Préservation de la précision à la compilation — Réduire les dégradations induites par la compilation (quantification, approximations opérateurs) pour garantir le meilleur compromis entre précision, performance et empreinte mémoire. 3\. Veille et positionnement concurrentiel: Mesurer et analyser les écarts avec les solutions de référence (Arm VELA, Tenstorrent TT-Forge) pour identifier les leviers de différenciation du compilateur interne. 4\. (Évolution possible) Co-design hardware/software: À mesure de votre montée en compétence sur l'architecture interne, une évolution vers des activités de hardware co-design est envisageable: participation aux décisions d'architecture en amont, en collaboration avec les équipes design. YOUR ROLE The Hook‑up Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite hook‑up and commissioning activities to safely connect and integrate new facilities, systems, and equipment with existing installations. The role ensures work is executed in compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, schedule, and budget. * 1\. Project Planning & Coordination * Develop detailed hook‑up execution plans, work packs, and task lists based on project scope and design documents. * Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, and onsite operations. * Participate in constructability reviews and risk assessments for hook‑up activities. * Coordinating man‑power for site execution. * 2\. Engineering & Technical Support * Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, cable schedules, and installation procedures. * Provide technical clarifications to the site team and subcontractors. * Ensure design and field changes are captured, evaluated, and approved through the Management of Change (MOC) process. * 3\. Site Execution & Supervision * Mobilize and support onsite crews during hook‑up/de hookup and pre‑commissioning activities. * Monitor daily progress, productivity, and work quality; propose recovery measures when required. * Ensure correct installation, alignment, and connection of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping systems as per specifications. * Liaise with offshore client representatives, marine logistics, and construction supervisors. * 4\. HSE & Compliance * Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies. * Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA), tool‑box talks, and safety audits. * Ensure hook‑up activities are carried out in line with applicable standards, codes, and project procedures. * 5\. Interface with Commissioning & Operations * Coordinate with commissioning engineers to align hook‑up sequence with testing and start‑up requirements. * Support preparation and closure of mechanical completion (MC) and pre‑commissioning dossiers. * Participate in system walk‑downs and punch list clearance with client/operations teams. * 6\. Documentation & Reporting * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including key performance indicators and risks. * Ensure as‑built information, red‑marked drawings, and field changes are properly documented. * Contribute to project close‑out reports and lessons‑learned sessions. * Prepare & raise PR/PO after collaboration with Purchaser.
