The scope is to faster assess the thermal impact of board details. Main activities: * Introduction of detailed board model in TRAC (ST internal tool) * Validation of the models vs Flotherm, through comparison of thermal simulations results, analysis of deviations, and model optimization. * Creation of a simulation results database for different package families, in order to evaluate the impact of the board on the ThetaJA thermal metric. * Development of a regression model, possibly with machine learning techniques, to accelerate the estimation of the board's thermal impact without having to run full simulations each time.
