Who we're looking for We need a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in! Does this sound like you? - Relevant Experience — 5+ years in data-related roles spanning Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and BI, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in high-volume data environments. Experience working in or closely with Finance, FP&A or Controlling functions is a strong plus. - Financial Data Expertise — Hands-on experience in financial data modelling, with a solid understanding of P&L structures, cash flow analytics, and plan vs. actual monitoring. Familiarity with ERP data schemas (e.g. SAP) and the ability to model and transform financial data for analytical use is highly valued. - Technical Proficiency — Strong command of SQL, dbt, and Python. Experience with Git and notebook-based analytics (e.g. Hex, Databricks, Jupyter) is a plus. Knowledge of SAP Public Could is also a plus. - Data Modelling & ETL — Proven experience designing data models, building ETL pipelines, and managing data transformation layers at scale, ideally in environments with high-volume, high-frequency financial data. - AI Fluency — Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day for analytics, automation, and generating ad-hoc analyses, C-level summaries, marketing campaign suggestions, and business cases efficiently using AI agents. Basic to mid-level proficiency with Claude is a strong plus. Experience interacting with agents programmatically via APIs is a plus. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills — Comfortable with ambiguity, able to break down complex financial problems into focused workstreams and deliver evidence-based answers. Assicurare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti, degli spazi e dei servizi di supporto, contribuendo direttamente alla performance industriale e alla sostenibilità del business. Adottare strumenti digitali evoluti – BIM, Digital Twin e sistemi di raccolta dei dati di esercizio che consentono una gestione integrata del ciclo di vita degli asset, dalla progettazione all’esercizio, favorendo decisioni basate su dati oggettivi, prevenzione dei guasti e pianificazione predittiva. Relazionarsi con le funzioni di governance nella verifica tecnica dei progetti, nella pianificazione degli interventi e nella loro esecuzione, traducendo i fabbisogni operativi in soluzioni tecniche sostenibili e conformi agli standard aziendali, normativi e di sicurezza. Operare come interfaccia centrale tra l’organizzazione e gli stakeholder esterni (fornitori, studi professionali, imprese, enti), coordinando le attività, monitorando le prestazioni contrattuali tramite KPI e reportistica, e garantendo il rispetto dei livelli di servizio concordati. Gestire gli spazi di lavoro, attraverso proposte di re-layout, variazioni delle postazioni e progetti di miglioramento degli ambienti, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare l’utilizzo delle superfici e favorire il benessere e la produttività delle persone. Promuovere iniziative di innovazione, efficienza energetica e digitalizzazione, raccogliendo e analizzando i dati di consumo e di performance per supportare le strategie di sostenibilità e riduzione dei costi. Svolgere un ruolo chiave nel presidio di sicurezza, compliance e resilienza operativa, partecipando agli audit, alla gestione delle emergenze e garantendo la piena applicazione delle normative vigenti (in particolare D.Lgs. 81/08), in tutti i contesti industriali a elevata complessità e riservatezza. Titolo di studio: Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Civile o discipline affini. Livello di esperienza richiesto: Expert (2-5 anni di esperienza) Competenze e conoscenze tecniche: Conoscenza degli impianti industriali e delle relative normative Utilizzo degli strumenti necessari all’analisi della documentazione tecnica (office, project, autocad, BI) Gestione dei contratti di servizio, dei relativi capitolati con definizione degli SLA e monitoraggio delle prestazioni attraverso reportistica e KPI.
