This role is focused on leading, directing and continuously improving the Leonardo UK Red Team, ensuring the effective management, and delivery of adversary simulation, purple team, and penetration testing engagements. As a Principal Offensive Security Consultant at Leonardo UK, you will be responsible for leading the R ed T eam capability while also delivering as part of a R ed T eam D elivery C ell to external customers . Supporting a global aerospace and defence organisation, you will help protect critical systems, sensitive information and operational services against an evolving cyber threat landscape. This role operates within a blended hybrid working model, combining home working with on-site collaboration at Leonardo UK and customer locations to enable effective teamwork and close engagement with internal stakeholders and customers. What you'll do as a Principal Offensive Security Consultant Deliver Full spectrum adversarial simulation engagements: Deliver engagements into the public sector covering all aspects from initial access, physical intrusion, privilege escalation, through to report delivery, debrief and a post technical replay of actions performed during the engagement Maintaining and developing the adversarial simulation capability: Research and development into current TTPs and maintaining / improving upon infrastructure design choice for hosting security tooling during engagements. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines, and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. Cloud Environment Management: Manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) where security tools are deployed, optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness while adhering to security best practices. Infrastructure Provisioning: Provision and manage the infrastructure required to run security tools ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability. What you’ll bring We are looking for a motivated self-managed individual who is willing to help design and adapt a constantly evolving service; someone who can demonstrate above average analytical skills and liaise professionally with peers and customers even under pressure. Core areas (must have): Comfortable with suitable coding languages for OST / Malware development (C, C#, Python, JS, Go, Rust) . Strong technical skills within the following specialisms: Initial Access, Physical Intrusion, EDR Bypass, Cloud Exploitation, Malware Development etc. Demonstrable experience delivering red team engagements. Ability to take leadership in technical delivery Relevant regulatory certifications relating to red team / pentesting capability (CCRTS, CCRTM, CTL, CTM) Desirable Experience in projects working within the MOD. A deep understanding of MITRE and CAF frameworks and how they are utilised within reporting. Work closely with Sales and the various Regional Marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration with partners Work collaboratively with the Marketing organization to leverage content, programs and communications for Partner Marketing and to ensure brand consistency Collaborate in the development of joint value propositions that emphasize the business and technical benefits of a Nozomi Networks and our various partners’ solutions Regularly present in formal and informal settings, sales calls, and industry, partner and corporate events Participate in quarterly sales reviews representing Partner Marketing and all activities that support the enablement and growth of the channel Think strategically about where to invest resources; drive marketing campaigns to deliver on business outcomes Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust   To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: Worked cross-functionally to develop the strategy and focus for a Partner Marketing team across three key partner segments – global systems integrators, regional partners, and strategic technology alliances Developed and promoted strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, momentum, and pipeline from strategic partner accounts Driven go-to-market activities based on joint business plans and value propositions Made data-driven decisions to evaluate Partner Marketing activities for continuous improvement and identification of new activities Extended and amplified the reach of your company brand to and through partners with consistency and quality (on industry events, conferences, trade shows, partner materials etc.) Worked with Partners and Regional Marketing managers on joint customer marketing activitieM Worked with Partner Sales leadership to communicate impact of strategic Partner initiatives including internal and partner facing presentations The ideal candidate also has: Excellent organizational, writing, project management, presentation and communication skills.
