YOUR ROLE Per inserimento in un contesto industriale ad elevata automazione, ricerchiamo un/a Equipment Engineer a supporto delle attività di gestione, manutenzione e miglioramento di equipment tecnologicamente avanzati, impiegati nelle diverse fasi del processo di produzione di dispositivi a semiconduttore. Le attività si svolgono in camera bianca, un ambiente produttivo altamente controllato, progettato per assicurare il rispetto dei limiti massimi di particelle consentite per volume d’aria secondo standard internazionali quali ISO 14644. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità della gestione di un parco macchine relativo a uno specifico ambito tecnologico, assicurando il rispetto dei piani d’installazione delle nuove attrezzature e l’efficacia delle attività manutentive preventive e correttive, nel rispetto degli standard di qualità, affidabilità e continuità operativa richiesti dal processo produttivo. Principali attività: * responsabilità dell'installazione e della messa in servizio di nuove attrezzature con il supporto di un ingegnere senior; * definizione del piano di manutenzione preventiva (PM); * gestione e ottimizzazione dell’inventario parti; * collaborazione con fornitori e gruppi interni per la gestione delle parti di ricambio e attività tecniche; * garantire il rispetto del budget necessario al corretto funzionamento del parco attrezzature e individuare in modo proattivo opportunità di ottimizzazione del budget; * definizione, implementazione e monitoraggio di programmi di equipment reliability e miglioramento continuo, assicurandone il raggiungimento dei risultati attesi; * applicazione della metodologia FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects and Analysis); * definizione e implementazione delle procedure di sicurezza; * assumere il ruolo di riferimento tecnico per il parco attrezzature assegnato, garantendo supporto alla Produzione nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici complessi; * Monitorare, tramite indicatori di prestazione (KPI,Key Performance Indicator ) quali il tempo di inattività delle attrezzature (downtime), l’efficacia complessiva delle apparecchiature (OEE, Overall Equipment Effectiveness) e la frequenza degli allarmi macchina, il raggiungimento degli obiettivi organizzativi. ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Security Engineer will play a central role in securing Docebo's cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on AWS environments. Working closely with Cloud Infrastructure & Operations, Engineering, and other security teams, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving cloud security controls across all layers of the stack — from infrastructure provisioning and container orchestration to runtime detection and compliance enforcement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thinks in terms of risk and moves quickly to reduce it. The role also includes participation in an on-call rotation for security incidents affecting Docebo systems. RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO): - Cloud Security Architecture & Hardening: Own the security posture of Docebo's AWS environments. Define and enforce secure account structures, service control policies (SCPs), guardrails, and baseline configurations across multi-account setups. Evaluate and improve network segmentation, IAM boundaries, and data protection controls. Identify and remediate misconfigurations using CSPM tooling and manual review. - Infrastructure as Code Security: Partner with Cloud Infrastructure to integrate security controls into IaC workflows. Define guardrails to catch insecure configurations before deployment. Own security scanning in CI/CD pipelines and promote a shift-left approach to cloud security across engineering teams. - Incident Response & On-Call: Participate in the on-call rotation for security incidents, including triage, containment, and escalation for after-hours events. Lead investigation and root cause analysis for cloud security incidents with clear written post-mortems. Leverage automation and AI tooling to reduce mean time to detect and respond. - Cloud Detection & Threat Monitoring: Build and maintain detection coverage for cloud-native threats (privilege escalation, unusual API activity, lateral movement, data exfiltration, and more). Leverage CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and SIEM integrations to maintain visibility across the AWS estate. Align detection logic with MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud. - Vulnerability & Configuration Management: Own vulnerability management for cloud workloads — prioritizing findings from cloud configuration assessments, and runtime protection tools. Drive remediation with Engineering and Infrastructure teams, and build automated enforcement where manual review doesn't scale. - Identity & Access Management: Define and enforce least-privilege principles across AWS IAM, service accounts, and federated identity. Review and improve IAM policies, permission boundaries, cross-account roles, and access patterns. Reduce standing access and enforce JIT access where appropriate. - Development of Security Best Practices: Develop and document best practices, policies, and procedures for cloud security. Provide guidance and training to engineering and infrastructure teams to promote a security-aware culture. - Vendor relationships: Maintain relationships with security vendors for technical issues, ensure smooth operations of security tools and services, and escalate problems or incidents to vendors when required. WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL: You're a cloud security practitioner who operates with a builder's mindset. You understand AWS deeply — not just its security services, but how misconfigurations and design decisions create real risk. You're comfortable reading IaC, reviewing IAM policies, and diving into CloudTrail logs to reconstruct what happened. You know how to work with engineering and infrastructure teams as a partner, not a gatekeeper — and you can communicate risk clearly to stakeholders who don't live in the cloud console. You're comfortable being on-call and making decisions under pressure. Additionally, holding security-related certifications such as those from ISC2, ISACA, SANS, or CompTIA, and having Cloud Architecture certifications (AWS Security Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent) will significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role. YOUR ROLE You will be joining the DTIT organization, supporting Singapore Front-End Manufacturing operations of STMicroelectronics. This dedicated team supports the Advanced Equipment Automation Integration and real-time applications for our mega semiconductor manufacturing site. The team is providing significant improvement for various key indicators: operation efficiency, reliability, product quality and cost reduction. You will need to adapt yourself quickly to a mix of legacy tools and state-of-the-art solutions to deliver: SECS-GEM Integration, "C/C++ like" back-end processing, web based applications, web services or applications integration using Tibco BusinessWorks. DTIT is bringing exciting changes in the company manufacturing eco-system: be part of it ! JOB SCOPE * Gather user requirements and ensure users sign-off requirements specification * Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Maintain current system: new features, bugs fixing, code refactoring and performance optimization * Maintain and enhance robustness and high availability of all solutions * Provide training to end-users for the available features or new solutions * To equip 24x7 helpdesk team with comprehensive materials and knowledge for 1st level of support * \- To provide 24x7 level 2 support to ensure timely resolution of issues YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering /Information Technology * At least 2-3 years working experiences in software development * Experience in Unix, Linux and Windows environment * Experience in web-based applications * Strong in application development with MySQL/Oracle and performance optimization * Strong in PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web services, C/C++ and perl/shell or python scripting * Driven to harness capabilities of with Gen AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Github Copilot * Preferable with SECS/GEM knowledge * Preferable with experience in wafer fab or manufacturing * Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and in-house application ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
