La figura in oggetto opererà con particolare responsabilità nell’ambito dell’analisi dei processi E2E per quanto concerne i programmi internazionali e sono richieste le seguenti competenze/attività: Coordinamento delle attività, a livello nazionale ed internazionale per i programmi di riferimento, che includono: Raccolta dei requisiti funzionali e non funzionali Definizione dell’architettura applicativa target sulla base dei requisiti e devi vincoli nazionali/internazionali in collaborazioni con gli altri enti necessari Selezione delle tecnologie software in collaborazione con gli enti di business di Leonardo oltre che delle altre aziende/entità che potrebbero essere coinvolte Capacità di analisi e formalizzazione dei requisiti di business con conoscenze negli ambiti specifici della Digital Engineering Pianificazione e redazione di business case Problem solving (se possibile anche in ambito internazionale) Requisiti: Titolo di studio : Laurea in una delle discipline STEM, preferibilmente Aerospazio, Meccanica, Elettronica, Meccatronica o Informatica. Seniority: Senior (>5 anni nel dominio Digital Engineering come Solution Architect) Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: Ottima Conoscenza dei processi di Business in ambito Engineering con particolare focus sul mondo del Model Base Enterprise Esperienza come Solution Architect del mondo PLM, in particolare su Siemens Teamcenter Conoscenza delle metodologie e tecnologie abilitanti per System of System, MBSE (Model Base System Engineering), Software Engineering e ALM (Application lifecycle management) Conoscenze di modalità di integrazione di ambienti differenti ALM/PLM Conoscenze degli standard NAF ( plus ) Conoscenze degli standard di certificazioni aeronautici (CS-25, ARP 4754B, EASA AMC 20-42, ARP 4761A, DO-178C, DO-33x, ..) Capacità di analisi dei processi Business Capacità di definizione di requisiti tecnico/funzionali per la realizzazione di sistemi integrati Conoscenze nel disegno di Architetture informatiche complesse Competenze nella gestione di enviroment multidominio Competenze di Project Management Certificazione INCOSE ( plus ) Competenze comportamentali: Buone capacità di analisi e spirito di iniziativa, Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari Capacità di lavorare in team internazionali Capacità relazionali e flessibilità Propensione all’innovazione Orientamento al risultato Conoscenze linguistiche: Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 level).
