Il a pour mission de tester les plaquettes après fabrication et avant expédition au client, afin de garantir leur qualité, leur conformité et leur fiabilité. Au sein du site de Crolles, vous serez rattaché au département Application dont le rôle est d'assurer le support, la maintenance et le déploiement des solutions permettant de garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements et des environnements de test, en support à la production, dans un contexte de forte exigence opérationnelle. Le poste Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe Application, nous recherchons notre futur(e) ingénieur EWS / Administrateur Testeur avec une forte orientation administration de testeurs sous Windows, infrastructure technique et cybersécurité. Le poste consiste à assurer la bonne mise en œuvre, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l’évolution des environnements techniques dédiés aux équipements de test EWS, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les experts. Vos missions principales Administration et support des testeurs * Assurer le bon fonctionnement des environnements testeurs. * Administrer principalement des testeurs sous Windows. * Participer à la gestion centralisée des comptes utilisateurs des testeurs. * Contribuer à la réflexion et à la mise en place d’une architecture de type domain controller pour la gestion centralisée des accès. * Réaliser le support quotidien sur les problématiques liées aux testeurs et aux environnements associés. Gestion des infrastructures et des outils * Garantir le bon fonctionnement du réseau, des serveurs et des échanges de données. * Superviser les postes de travail testeurs et les serveurs EWS. * Administrer une solution centrale permettant de planifier, organiser et stocker les procédures liées à l’activité. * Gérer les mises à jour logicielles des postes de travail. * Suivre les licences des logiciels installés sur le shopfloor. * Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au maintien des solutions d’automatisation comme PDF solutions ou STOT. Cybersecurité et conformité * Participer à la gestion de la sécurité des environnements : * durcissement / sealing des postes, * sauvegardes et restaurations, * protection contre les virus et malwares, * respect des exigences cybersécurité du périmètre EWS. * Veiller à la conformité des pratiques et à la protection des actifs du shopfloor. * Appuyer les échanges avec les équipes cybersécurité et IT. Collaboration et coordination * Travailler en lien étroit avec : * Maintenance, * Production Control, * Test Engineering, * DTIT, * les équipes cybersécurité, * les fournisseurs, * les autres sites EWS dans le monde. * Contribuer à la coordination des infrastructures partagées et à la résolution des incidents en environment de production. This role will involve being part of an exciting programme, working to deliver key technologies for the future. Working within a multi-disciplined team, you will be responsible for developing requirements, MATLAB modelling and contributing to the RF design analysis, integration and test phase. The role will include reviewing, assessing and providing technical guidance throughout the engineering design process. What you'll do: What you will do as a Senior Test Solutions Engineer: The scope of work can range from design and technical problem solving to test solution development. Create and capture Test Equipment Requirements for RF, Digital and Analogue based test systems Create and capture Production Test Requirements for main equipment, covering PCB and System Level testing Being a key team member contributing to the RF and system design as well as the test and integration activities. Assessment of the design integrity of the design prior to formal design reviews. Working across the full engineering lifecycle. Engagement in engineering technical meetings and suppliers. Managing all levels of requirements to enable design and development decisions. Influencing requirements and design decisions Actively supporting knowledge sharing and exploitation of best practice. Producing effective, accurate and concise technical reports and analysis to support key technical decisions for the programme. Establishing and maintaining good lines of communication to the Project Engineering Manager/Lead Delivering to agreed performance targets Actively support knowledge sharing and exploitation of best practice. Contributing to IPT decision making at engineering task level Participating in continuous improvement activities to develop skills and competencies within the individual’s own engineering discipline What you’ll bring We are looking for someone with experience working on complex electronic and electromechanical systems, with an Aerospace and Defence background, with a solid understanding of test equipment development for production use. In this role you will be a technically minded person with a good understanding of the project lifecycle and familiar with working across all levels within an Integrated Project Team. In addition to this, you will have some exposure to the following: Hands-on experience of designing/developing complex Test Solutions for the full lifecycle Good understanding of the Systems engineering lifecycle. Experience of working with external suppliers and outsourcing complex work packages. Experience of NI LabVIEW & TestStand. Degree qualified (or equivalent) Knowledge of airborne EW Systems Exposure to toolsets such as IBM DOORS, and PDM tools Knowledge and understanding of test equipment across the platform products Knowledge and understanding of Bus Analysers, Spectrum Analysers, RF Power Meters Ability to make informed decisions based on obtaining information from the relevant technical sources. An excellent and confident communicator and presenter, with the ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively manage own time, potentially across multiple activities.
