All'interno dell’Area di Business Electronics stiamo ricercando un/a Contract Manager per la nostra sede di Roma Tiburtina. La persona che individueremo verrà impiegata nella Unità Organizzativa Commercial LoB Naval Systems con lo scopo di garantire, nell’ambito dei Progetti assegnati, l’analisi delle T&C dei contratti da acquisire e supportare le aree di business nella gestione amministrativa dei contratti in essere e nell’applicazione delle procedure Trade Compliance, Italia ed Estero, nel rispetto degli adempimenti contrattuali, in osservanza alle leggi in materia, e con lo scopo di raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e incassi previsti per il business. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: • nella fase di Business Winning: - Partecipazione ai bid team per l’elaborazione delle principali offerte commerciali - analisi delle T&C e della negoziazione delle stesse con il cliente nonché della predisposizione di tutta la documentazione propedeutica alla firma del contratto (es. richiesta di licenze, richiesta garanzie bancarie, richieste di documentazione societaria etc..). • nella fase di Contract Execution: - Operare nel team di programma al fine di assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto, non solo dal punto di vista economico-finanziario, ma anche garantendo il rispetto degli accordi contrattuali con il Cliente (esterno/interno). - Gestione delle compliance contrattuali in accordo alle procedure aziendali e delle leggi nazionali con particolare riguardo agli aspetti: Legali, Sicurezza, Trade compliance, Health & Safety. - Certificazione dell’acquisizione di un nuovo contratto/ordine, per mezzo dell’emissione dell’odv (utilizzo SAP), e nella emissione ed invio al cliente delle fatture di ciclo attivo (utilizzo SAP). - Predisposizione di documenti di sintesi sullo status economico del programma in termini di fatturato/incassi Titolo di studio: Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia (magistrale) o equipollente. Livello di esperienza richiesto: Junior Competenze e conoscenze tecniche: • Conoscenza di nozioni di fatturazione e contratti. • Conoscenza della normativa della legge 185/90. • Conoscenza della normativa USA ITAR/EAR. • Conoscenza del codice Appalti Competenze comportamentali: -Collaborazione -Proattività -Flessibilità -Teamworking -Problem Solving -Approccio organizzato e sistematico Conoscenze linguistiche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, livello minimo B2. Preferibilmente la conoscenza di una seconda lingua tra francese, spagnolo e tedesco Competenze informatiche: Conoscenza Tools di Office (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project). Conoscenza di SAP.
