    Job Description: Are you a Systems Engineer who loves contributing to or wishes to contribute to the UKs Defence Industry and making impactful change? We are recruiting for a Systems Engineer to investigate and develop different approaches for the design of airborne networks. This includes researching, proposing, and analysing the results of simulations to design and create standardisation proposals. Your impact Our Systems Engineers span across range of activities that help pull together all the necessary engineering and technology strands into a high-performance system. As a Systems Engineer, you will bridge the gap between the theoretically possible and the practically implementable. Typical work you might be involved in: Research into meshed, ad-hoc, and other network technologies Designing and documenting proposed protocols for standardisation of networking technologies Proposing and designing simulations & model for potential networking technologies, presenting your ideas to team colleagues and international partners Implementing simulations and analysing & documenting the results Providing regular reporting to the Project Engineering Lead (PEL) and other Integrated Project Team (IPT) members What you’ll bring Proven experience as a Systems Engineer within a working environment or advanced academic research experience is a must. Ideally, you will have an engineering-based or science-based Honours degree or equivalent experience. Required Related Engineering, Computer Science degree, or similar. Knowledge of system engineering principles and model-based systems engineering Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including network protocols, routing algorithms, and their use cases. Experience with wireless communication technologies. Software engineering techniques, including Python or C++ programming. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas to varied audiences. The ability to design meaningful simulations and interpret the results. Optional Knowledge of Protocol Design and Algorithm Design Knowledge of ad-hoc networking, particularly within the sub-domain of FANETs Knowledge of common network simulation tools, e.g. ns-3 Matlab Experience, possibly with Simulink Experience This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. As the Senior Bid Manager, you have accountability for the overall quality of bid submissions and will guide the team through the internal governance and approval gates, ensuring that relevant business winning information is presented to the FCA leadership team. This will require excellent planning and stakeholder management skills. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will coordinate inputs from multiple teams and work with Sector Vice Presidents, the FCA Head of Bids, Integrated Project Team Leads, Engineering, and Commercial Managers to define the bid strategy and then ensure its execution. This role is based at our Luton site with occasional UK travel to other Leonardo and customer sites, as well as potential international travel. Ce qui, auparavant, demandait une semaine à une équipe se réalise désormais pendant une pause café.   Notre mission : rendre le droit plus rapide, plus clair et plus fiable, afin que les avocats et les directions juridiques puissent se concentrer sur l’essentiel.   Nous sommes en train de constituer l’équipe commerciale – et vous serez parmi les tout premiers à la rejoindre.   POURQUOI REJOINDRE LEXROOM ? - Un produit qui tient ses promesses : Nos démos sont impactantes et convainquent dès la première session – pas besoin de six mois de POC. - Un marché en pleine effervescence : Tous les cabinets français recherchent une solution IA, et les usages sont encore à inventer. - Un avantage concurrentiel fort : Vous ne vendez pas un assistant IA de plus, mais une approche radicalement nouvelle que les prospects n’ont jamais vue.   VOS RESPONSABILITÉS - Convertir le pipeline qualifié par les SDR/BDR : prendre le relai après qualification et mener le process jusqu’à la signature. - Mener des démonstrations personnalisées : comprendre la problématique du prospect, la traduire dans le produit et démontrer la valeur unique de Lexroom. - Négocier et closer vos deals. - Suivre vos KPIs : objectif d’ARR, couverture de pipeline, taux de conversion, durée de cycle, gestion rigoureuse des remises, prévisions fiables. - Maintenir un CRM irréprochable : pipeline à jour, prises de notes claires, forecasts fiables. - Collaborer étroitement avec les SDR et BDR : feedback sur la qualité des leads, ajustement des ciblages, partage des arguments les plus efficaces. - Remonter les insights du terrain vers le produit pour nourrir la roadmap.   PROFIL RECHERCHÉ - 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en vente B2B SaaS, comme AE ou BDR senior prêt à évoluer. - Excellentes compétences en entretien client : analyse des besoins, gestion de démo, maîtrise des échanges. - Expérience en closing : atteinte d’objectifs, gestion de négociations, résilience et suivi des prospects. - Capacité à gérer un volume important de deals courts en simultané. - Coachable : feedback direct, learning fast, capacité d’adaptation. - Maîtrise des outils commerciaux (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc). - Français natif, anglais courant (clientèle francophone, équipes internes internationales). - Intérêt pour le droit : une expérience dans le secteur juridique ou des services professionnels est un plus, mais pas indispensable.   CE QUE NOUS OFFRONS - Rémunération OTE : 85 000 € (55 000 € fixe + 30 000 € variable non plafonné) - Equity - Mutuelle Alan, titres-restaurant, accès Wellpass (sport et bien-être) - Travail hybride, bureaux à Paris   PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT 1.
